# Akinon Release Notes 08.17.2026

## <mark style="color:$primary;">Commerce Cloud</mark>

#### <mark style="color:red;">New Features</mark>

**Introducing App Preview**

* With App Preview, you can test specific application versions using short-lived, temporary URLs — without deploying them to your live environment. Each preview link stays active for 1 hour, giving you enough time to review changes safely. This lets merchants validate updates confidently before they go live, reducing the risk of unexpected issues in production. For setup steps, see the [How to Create an App Preview](/tutorials/acc/how-to-create-app-preview.md) tutorial.&#x20;

## <mark style="color:$primary;">Omnitron</mark>

{% hint style="warning" %}
The following changes are available in **Omnitron FE versions later than** `v3.15.0`, **Omnitron BE versions later than** `v2.3.0`.
{% endhint %}

#### <mark style="color:red;">Resolved Issues</mark>

&#x20;**Fixed 502/504 Errors on Cancellation Requests Page**

* Fixed an issue that caused 502/504 errors on the **Cancellation Requests** page when working with very large data sets. This ensures uninterrupted access to cancellation data, even for merchants managing high order volumes.

**Fixed Silent Failures in Replacement Order Rollback**

* Resolved an issue where a failed or canceled order replacement could leave incomplete records on the sales channel, even though the system reported the rollback as successful. Rollbacks now properly clean up these records, and any rollback that cannot be completed is clearly reported instead of being silently marked as done. This gives administrators accurate, trustworthy visibility into order status.

**Dynamic Settings No Longer Corrupt Secret Fields on Partial Updates**

* A dynamic setting with multiple secret fields (e.g. `SHIPPING_PROVIDERS` setting that has password, API key, access token) could have an unrelated field corrupted when only one was intended to change. Updates now require every secret field to carry its actual value, rejecting the request if any are left as the masked placeholder.

#### <mark style="color:red;">Enhancements</mark>

**Attribute Configuration Wizard - Locale Fallback**

* Updated the Attribute Configuration Wizard to fall back to English (en) localized data when content is unavailable for the selected locale. Turkish (tr) and English (en) continue to display their respective localized data, while unsupported locales now remain fully usable instead of showing empty wizard screens.

  <img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FPdWMNTqZCcBx7ziOhn66%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=f547da78-e19c-4691-97ea-efc51d7130a4" alt="" height="293" width="624">

**Exclude Filter Import via XLS/CSV**

* Users can now add products to Exclude filters across supported areas by importing XLS or CSV files. This enhancement simplifies the management of large exclusion lists, eliminating the need to add products manually and making bulk updates faster and more efficient.

  <img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FwdmRRwTyJIUcwQiLDp9y%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=7ba32265-cf61-48c8-a685-051daff38cfc" alt="" height="293" width="624">

**AI Powered Search - Optional Search Query in Search Plans**

* The Search Query field is now optional when creating or editing Search Plans in AI Powered Search. Users can now create Search Plans using only filters, without entering a search query, providing greater flexibility when defining search plans.

  <img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FGNrIkyTSh1htWcyKp196%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=1453bf02-714b-4d55-b2a6-ee256520b304" alt="" height="293" width="624">

**AI Credit Management Ledger - Display Names**

* Display name mappings have been added for newly introduced AI features in the AI Credit Management ledger table. This ensures that credit usage is shown with clear, user-friendly names instead of raw backend path values, making the ledger easier to understand.

  <img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FsMQFAgYld4XIuxFg4eKZ%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=7f08c793-f812-4a21-9171-00603dfaafb5" alt="" height="293" width="624">

## <mark style="color:$primary;">Commerce</mark>

{% hint style="warning" %}
The following changes are available in **Commerce versions as of August 17, 2026**.
{% endhint %}

#### <mark style="color:red;">**Resolved Issues**</mark>

**Loyalty Account Balance Recalculation on Order Total Changes**

* Resolved an issue where loyalty account usage amounts were not recalculated when the order total changed after loyalty accounts had already been applied (e.g., a shipping discount reducing the basket total). Previously this mismatch between the recorded loyalty usage and the actual order total created a serious risk of incorrect refund amounts. Loyalty allocations are now kept in sync with the order total throughout checkout, ensuring accurate refunds.

**Category Page Crash from Cache Key Collisions**

* Category pages no longer fail to load due to a caching conflict between product variants with different prices or stock levels. Customers can now browse category pages reliably without encountering unexpected errors.

**Basket Offers API Crash on Cache Miss**

* Basket offer calculations are now more stable during high-traffic periods, preventing rare errors when checking an offer's remaining stock limit. This ensures customers can reliably apply basket offers even during peak shopping times.

**Basket Errors from Loyalty Card Service Timeouts**

* Fixed a bug where a temporary slowdown in an external loyalty card service could cause adding items to the basket to fail entirely with a server error, instead of simply skipping the loyalty check. Basket operations are now resilient to loyalty service outages or delays.

**Welcome Email Not Sent After Guest-to-Member Registration**

* Customers who register a full account after previously placing a guest order now receive the standard welcome email, just like any other new member. This ensures a consistent and welcoming onboarding experience for all customers.

#### <mark style="color:red;">Enhancements</mark>

**Authentication Request Optimization**

* Authentication with the delivery and verification partner is now cached and reused across requests, reducing unnecessary authentication calls. This improves system efficiency and overall platform stability.

**Phone Verification for Address Changes**

* Customers who add or update an address with a new phone number will now be asked to verify it via an SMS one-time password. This added step helps protect customer accounts and ensures delivery contact details are accurate and secure.

**Guest Checkout Phone Verification**

* Introduced SMS OTP verification for phone numbers entered during guest checkout, ensuring delivery contact numbers are genuinely owned by the customer before an order proceeds. The verification framework is configurable and reusable for future use cases.

**View All Email Addresses on Account**

* Added a new endpoint allowing customers to see all email addresses associated with their account, including older addresses retained after an email change, not just the current primary address.

**Retail Price Included in Promotion Calculations**

* Promotion and discount calculations now take each product's retail (list) price into account alongside its sale price. This enables more accurate "was/now" pricing displays in promotional campaigns, giving customers clearer insight into their savings.

**Voucher Code in Order Confirmation Data**

* Order confirmation responses now include the voucher code applied at checkout, enabling accurate promotional tracking and reporting on completed purchases.

**Cleaner Product URLs for Favorited Items with Size Selection**

* When a customer favorites a product after selecting a size, they are now directed to the clean, human-readable product URL instead of a generic internal link. This creates a more consistent shopping experience and improves search engine visibility for product pages.

#### <mark style="color:red;">System Improvements</mark>

**Rate Limiting on Anonymous Order Lookup**

* Added rate limiting to the anonymous order lookup endpoint to prevent abuse and protect customer order data from automated scanning attempts.

**Autocomplete Consistency Between Platforms**

* Autocomplete search results are now consistent across platforms, correctly showing the winning offer for marketplace products instead of an unrelated base product. This provides customers with more accurate and relevant search suggestions.

**Return Shipping Slot URL Formatting**

* Shipping slot selection URLs during returns have been standardized for consistency across services. This ensures a smoother and more reliable returns experience for customers.

***

## <mark style="color:$primary;">OMS</mark>

{% hint style="warning" %}
The following changes are available in **OMS versions later than** `v1.4.0`.
{% endhint %}

#### <mark style="color:red;">**Resolved Issues**</mark>

**Quota Clocking Caused By Old Packages**&#x20;

* The system now correctly detects packages that have remained unprocessed for an extended period and releases the quota they were holding. Previously, old undelivered packages could occupy quota indefinitely, blocking new orders from being processed. This ensures brands no longer face unnecessary quota restrictions caused by outdated packages.

**Fixed Shipment Tracking Getting Stuck**&#x20;

* A service disruption at one shipping carrier no longer affects order tracking for other carriers. Previously, an issue with a single carrier could cause orders to remain stuck in "Shipped" status even after delivery. Order tracking now stays accurate and up to date, regardless of issues on any individual carrier's side.

**Error in the Product Blacklist Filter**&#x20;

* A technical error occurring when using a specific filter field on the product blacklist screen in the OMS panel has been fixed; the filter now works without issues. Staff using the OMS panel can filter the product blacklist screen without running into errors.

#### <mark style="color:red;">**System Improvements**</mark>

**Performance Improvement For the Package Transition History**&#x20;

* Loading performance for the package status transition history screen has been improved, especially for packages containing many items. Staff can now view a package's history quickly, without long waits or timeout errors.

**Performance Improvement For the Store Dashboard**&#x20;

* Query performance behind the store dashboard screen was improved, particularly for certain filter combinations that were previously very slow for some brands. The dashboard now loads significantly faster and no longer times out, providing a smoother experience for daily operations.

***

## <mark style="color:$primary;">Instore</mark>

{% hint style="warning" %}
The following changes are available in **Instore FE versions later than** `v1.15.0` and **Instore BE versions later than** `v1.2.0`.
{% endhint %}

#### <mark style="color:red;">**Enhancements**</mark>

**Package Info No Longer Repeated Per Item in the Package Order List**&#x20;

* When a package contains multiple items, the package information (date, package number, delivery type, barcode) is no longer printed repeatedly for each item; items belonging to the same package are now listed together under a single block. Store staff can read the printout faster, the output is shorter, and it's immediately clear how many items a package contains.

  <img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2F1rShY1pUCbsXHpLlAi1K%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=72bc564c-7185-4386-ad75-11de2f966152" alt="" height="295.8781263907961" width="624">

**Filtering By Sub-Carrier For Aggregator Shipping Companies**&#x20;

* When an aggregator (umbrella) carrier such as Monist is selected in the package list, a second selection field now appears showing the actual underlying carriers (e.g. Aras, Sürat). This list works the same way across all brands. Store staff can now search and filter packages shipped via an aggregator carrier by their actual carrier as well. Brands that wish to enable this can do so. See the [Package Orders](/tutorials/instore/instore-user-manual/package-orders.md) tutorial for more details.

<img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FwQJCLvR2Oc8qTF2ohLAO%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=72331fbe-0286-4720-9911-fdca69f5fe7a" alt="" height="291" width="624">

**Sorting Added to the Store Arrival Time Column**&#x20;

* The previously added "package arrival time at store / waiting duration" column can now be sorted in ascending/descending order.Store staff can bring the longest-waiting packages to the top of the list and prioritize them, speeding up package processing.

<img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FX5HEONwdtKz5v5OaktpK%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=12eb991b-b4f1-40fa-be16-43ccd9b12dab" alt="" height="321" width="624">

**Cargo Delivery Form Can Now Be Generated at Earlier Package Statuses**&#x20;

* The **Cargo Delivery Form** button previously appeared only once a package reached the "Shipped" status. It is now also available at the "Packed All Items," "Waiting for Cargo Label," and "Waiting for Invoice Creation" statuses, while the existing behavior at "Shipped" remains unchanged. This allows store staff to generate the form as soon as they hand the package to the carrier, without waiting for the system status to update, helping speed up daily store operations. This feature can be enabled by brands that wish to use it. See the [Package Orders](/tutorials/instore/instore-user-manual/package-orders.md) tutorial for more details.

<img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FwO4oE4lTxsM9oD5VDYiM%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=348c27f1-09f5-441a-baff-9460594ac9c5" alt="" height="311" width="624">

## <mark style="color:$primary;">Marketplace Dashboard</mark>

#### <mark style="color:red;">**Resolved Issues**</mark>

Trendyol – Dynamic Cargo Company Mapping in GetOrders Flow

* The Trendyol `GetOrders` flow now uses the cargo company mapping defined in the channel configuration instead of a fixed mapping. Previously, orders from brands using different carriers could not be written correctly. With this change, carriers are matched dynamically based on each brand's own configuration, ensuring orders are created with the correct cargo company.

#### <mark style="color:red;">**New Features**</mark>

**Amazon & Amazon SF – Multiple Invoice Submission Support**

* Amazon and Amazon SF integrations now support submitting multiple invoices per order. Previously, only one invoice could be sent per order; each invoice can now be matched to the correct order or package. This gives merchants greater flexibility when managing complex orders that require multiple invoices.

#### <mark style="color:red;">**Enhancements**</mark>

**Hepsiburada – dueDate Field Added to Order Extra Fields**

* The `dueDate` field returned by Hepsiburada is now included in order extra fields, allowing the estimated shipping time to be captured at the order and package level. This ensures the estimated cargo time is displayed accurately on the Hepsiburada sales channel, giving merchants more reliable delivery information for their customers.

**Trendyol – Fast Delivery Type Added to Order Item Extra Fields**

* The `fastDeliveryType` field returned by Trendyol is now included in order item extra fields, carrying information about fast delivery options such as same-day or express delivery. This allows products marked for fast delivery to be identified and handled correctly, helping merchants meet delivery commitments on time.

#### <mark style="color:red;">**System Improvements**</mark>

**MPD UI Modernization with Akinon UI**

* The MPD has been modernized by migrating its user interface to Akinon UI, aligning it with the latest design system used across Omnitron. This enhancement delivers a more consistent, intuitive, and responsive user experience while improving accessibility, visual consistency, and long-term maintainability. Existing functionality and workflows remain unchanged, ensuring a seamless transition for users.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">Seller Center</mark>

{% hint style="warning" %}
The following changes are available in **Seller Center FE versions later than** `v1.2.0` and **Seller Center BE versions later than** `v1.5.0f0`.
{% endhint %}

#### <mark style="color:red;">Resolved Issues</mark>

**Prevented Deleting or Deactivating the Last Active Shipping Option**

* Previously, sellers could delete or deactivate their only active shipping company option under **Settings > Delivery Options**, leaving their store without a valid shipping method. This is now prevented: attempting to remove the last active shipping option returns the message "Cannot delete the last active shipping company option." To remove an option, sellers must first add or activate another shipping company. This safeguard ensures stores always have at least one valid shipping method available for customers.

<img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FGbuTzdQSWFabyHybAeMv%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=ac64ebf1-1ee1-4383-8017-4ec255ea3453" alt="" height="321" width="624">

**Failed Records Screen – Description Corrected**

* The description on the **Failed Records** screen previously contained inaccurate wording. It has been updated to correctly explain that this screen displays failed commands between Seller Center and Omnitron. This ensures merchants have a clear understanding of what the screen shows when reviewing failed operations.

<img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FUUiiQmSGJ6esWRZRGJie%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=428059d9-4ee7-456d-b16e-e206f38e0712" alt="" height="311" width="624">

<img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FoKj5MM5TNuJgq94xt3x6%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=055f1323-298b-453f-95fa-ae79f391ff2a" alt="" height="296" width="624">

#### <mark style="color:red;">Enhancements</mark>

**Export Button Added to Product Pool**

* The **Product Pool** list under **Products > Marketplace Catalog** previously had no way to export data. An **Export** button has now been added, which generates an XLSX file based on the filters currently applied on the screen. This allows merchants to download filtered product data on demand, without needing to contact support. See the [How to Manage Offers via Marketplace Catalog?](/tutorials/seller-center/seller/products/how-to-manage-offers-via-marketplace-catalog.md) tutorial for details.&#x20;

<img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2Fq7MM79GLCA6XfmTUtGlb%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=0c4d6a94-dfad-4973-97ce-ec417d9727de" alt="" height="316" width="624">

**Async Operation Start and Result Notifications**

* Previously, bulk actions, imports, and exports only showed a brief "started" message, and merchants had no way to check the outcome if they navigated away from the page. Now, an ongoing notification tracks these operations regardless of navigation and displays the result with a link to the **Import/Export Operations** page. This ensures merchants always know whether their bulk actions completed successfully, even if they move to another screen.

  <img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FdY2cr0qCPHyIs4YrdlBE%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=fe7582c1-72fd-4115-a9b0-fc6e21fe8744" alt="" width="563">

## <mark style="color:red;">Project Zero</mark>

{% hint style="warning" %}
The following changes are available in **@akinon/next (Project Zero) version** `2.0.66` **and later**. **Theme Editor** updates are live on the current Akinon platform.
{% endhint %}

#### <mark style="color:red;">Resolved Issues</mark> &#x20;

**Guest Checkout Lock Fix**

* Resolved an issue that could cause the guest checkout process to become permanently locked, preventing shoppers from completing their order. This fix, previously available only in version 1.x, has now been extended to 2.x, so the issue no longer reoccurs after upgrading. As a result, guest shoppers can reliably complete their purchase without interruption.

**Theme Editor Preview Bridge Security Hardening**

* Strengthened the security of the communication between the Theme Editor and the storefront preview. Preview messages are now verified against a list of trusted sources, preventing them from being sent to or accepted from unauthorized origins. **Action Required:** Configure your trusted origins using the `NEXT_PUBLIC_THEME_EDITOR_ORIGINS` environment variable in your storefront environment. This protects the Theme Editor preview from unauthorized access and keeps your storefront data secure.

**Product Slider Price and Discount Badge Fixes**

* Resolved several display issues in the product slider. Prices now display correctly across all product data formats, the original price is no longer shown with a strikethrough for non-discounted products, discount badges now show the correct value instead of zero, and missing product images are hidden instead of appearing broken. This ensures customers always see accurate pricing and a polished, professional storefront.

**Composition and Editing Fixes**

* Resolved several issues affecting page composition and editing in the Theme Editor. Composed headers no longer inherit an unwanted background, making it possible to place a transparent header over a hero section. Pinned elements now stay pinned as expected, size values entered in units other than pixels are preserved correctly, and starter templates no longer lose nested content. These fixes make the Theme Editor more predictable and reduce rework when designing your storefront.

**Virtual Try-On Image Aspect Ratio Fix**

* Fixed an issue where uploaded and generated images were distorted during resizing and display. Image aspect ratio is now preserved throughout the flow. This ensures customers see accurate, undistorted previews when trying on products.

#### <mark style="color:red;">New Features</mark>&#x20;

**Theme Editor — Composable Storefront Chrome and Pages**

* The Theme Editor now supports composing storefront chrome and full pages, including the Header, Footer, Login, Account pages, and all other storefront pages. Each area can be taken over in the editor and rebuilt from a block vocabulary. Your project’s existing markup continues to render untouched until a composition is published, so adoption is opt-in per area. This gives teams full control over storefront layout without requiring code changes for supported areas.

**Theme Editor — Composable Checkout**

* The checkout page layout is now composable, while the payment internals remain sealed in code. A checkout piece that has no outlet in the published composition still renders in its normal position, so the checkout flow can never be lost through a composition change. This allows merchants to tailor the checkout layout without introducing risk to the purchase flow.

**Theme Editor — Composable modals and panels**

* Modals can now be composed once and opened from any block, or auto-opened with frequency capping to control how often a customer sees them. The size guide has been generalized into a Panel component that supports drawer, modal, sheet, and anchored presentations per breakpoint. This makes it easier to build campaign overlays and contextual content without custom development.

**Theme Editor — Starter Templates, Theme Library, and Media Gallery**

* Ready-made starter templates are now available for the footer, product detail, product listing, basket, checkout, auth, account, and error pages. Themes can be applied section by section and updated in place. Uploaded images are stored in a media gallery and can be reused across sections. This shortens the time required to build and maintain a storefront and keeps visual assets consistent.

{% hint style="info" %}
For more details on the above release item, see the [**Composable Storefront Integration**](https://docs.akinon.com/tutorials/project-zero/composable-storefront-integration) tutorial.
{% endhint %}

#### <mark style="color:red;">Enhancements</mark>&#x20;

**Theme Editor — Reorganized Style Panel and Complete Style Vocabulary**

* The Style Panel has been reorganized, and styling options have been expanded so that every style property is now available for every element, including transforms, per-side borders, per-corner radius, scroll-based styling, and section width. Duplicate entries in the panel have been removed, and a new search feature helps you quickly find the setting you need. This makes styling storefronts faster and gives merchants more design flexibility directly within the editor.

**Theme Editor — Realistic Preview and Safer Editing Defaults**

* A new toggle turns the editor canvas back into a working storefront, so a composition can be verified exactly as a visitor sees it. Overlays can be held open in order to style their open state. Autosave is now disabled by default. This helps teams validate their work before publishing and prevents unintended changes from being saved.

**Virtual Try-On Single and Asynchronous Generation**

* Virtual Try-On now supports both single and asynchronous image generation. Asynchronous generation allows requests to be processed without blocking the customer’s session. This improves responsiveness during try-on, particularly under high traffic.

**Masterpass REST Payment Context and OTP Hardening**

* The Masterpass REST plugin now applies stricter handling of the payment context and the OTP flow during checkout. This improves the reliability and security of Masterpass transactions.

#### <mark style="color:red;">System Improvements</mark> &#x20;

**Theme Editor — Versioned Editor-to-Storefront Contract**

* Introduced the `@akinon/theme-contract` package, which defines a versioned, shared communication standard between the Theme Editor and the storefront. This allows the editor and storefront to be upgraded independently without the risk of messages being lost or misinterpreted. This improves upgrade safety and reduces the risk of compatibility issues over time.

**Build — Compatibility with Older TypeScript Targets**

* Storefronts built with older `TypeScript` configurations can now compile successfully. Previously, upgrades could be blocked by a build error unrelated to actual functionality. This removes a technical barrier for projects on older configurations, making upgrades smoother.

**Theme Editor — Native Header Starters Retired**

* The five native header starters have been removed. Headers are now composed through the header slot in the Theme Editor, consolidating header configuration into a single approach. Action Required: Projects using a native header starter must recompose the header through the header slot. See the [Composable Storefront Integration](https://docs.akinon.com/tutorials/project-zero/composable-storefront-integration) tutorial for more details.

## <mark style="color:red;">App Maker</mark>

### <mark style="color:red;">Platform</mark>

#### <mark style="color:red;">Resolved Issues</mark>

**Pipeline Failing Step Identification Fix**&#x20;

* The Pipeline timeline could show a build as failed with no step actually marked as the cause — it now always points to the real failing step, even when a warning was present alongside the error, or when the underlying step names changed. See the [Build Detail](/tutorials/app-maker/build-and-distribute/build-detail.md) tutorial for details.&#x20;

**Build/Deployment Time Timezone Display Corrected**&#x20;

* Build and deployment times shown in the Pipeline and "Started at" tooltips could be off by your timezone's offset — they now always show the correct local time. See the [Build Detail ](/tutorials/app-maker/build-and-distribute/build-detail.md)tutorial for details.

**Store Upload Button and Breadcrumb Display Fix**

* Fixed several display issues with the **Store Upload** button and breadcrumbs on **Android/iOS Build Detail's Distributions** page: incorrect disabled-button styling in dark mode, a spacing gap next to the page's divider line, and duplicate breadcrumb entries when two steps shared a link.&#x20;

**Store Credential Validation Resolved**

* Store credential checks for a project that never had any store credentials configured now correctly validate against an empty configuration, instead of returning nothing. See the [Credentials](/tutorials/app-maker/build-and-distribute.md) tutorial for details.&#x20;

**Build List Hover Card Positioning Fix**

* Hovering a build in the Builds list could open its details card in the wrong place if the list refreshed at that exact moment — it now always anchors to the cursor. See the [Project Details](/tutorials/app-maker/projects/project-details.md) tutorial for details.&#x20;

**Debug Files Section Display Corrected**

* The **Build Detail** page's Debug Files section no longer shows platform-irrelevant rows (like NDK/Mapping for iOS, or Symbols for Android/Huawei) as a misleading "not loaded" state. See the [Build Detail](/tutorials/app-maker/build-and-distribute/build-detail.md) tutorial for details.

#### <mark style="color:red;">New Features</mark>

**New Project Dashboard**

* Projects now have a new **Project Dashboard**, replacing the old settings-only page, giving you an at-a-glance overview of everything happening on a project. A **Meta Information** card shows the repository's clone URLs (HTTP and SSH), latest commit, and project status. An **App Status** card shows each platform's environment and store status. **Latest Builds**, **Latest CodePush**, and **Latest Distributions** cards list recent activity with a hover card for full details (including a log download for anything that failed), and now include a Store column. A **Metrics** card shows four animated charts — iOS, Android, and Huawei build success/failure plus CodePush — with a date-range filter (Today, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months). Everything on the dashboard now auto-refreshes while a build or deployment is in progress, so you don't need to reload the page to see it finish. See the [Project Details](/tutorials/app-maker/projects/project-details.md) tutorial for a full walkthrough.

**Project Commits Page**&#x20;

* Projects now have a dedicated **Commits** page, accessible from the dashboard's **Repository** card or from any build or CodePush entry. It displays your project's commit history with a branch selector, so you're no longer limited to viewing only the default branch. Selecting any commit opens its full file changes, including binary files, using the same viewer used elsewhere on the platform.

#### <mark style="color:red;">Enhancements</mark>

**Project Card Platform Status Indicators**

* **Project** cards in the Projects list now show small platform logos — colored to indicate whether that platform's production build has reached the store — instead of stacked version text. Hovering a logo shows the environment, store, and tag details, and each card also gained a quick link straight to its Dashboard. See the [Projects](/tutorials/app-maker/projects.md) tutorial for a full walkthrough.&#x20;

**CodePush Status Icons**

* The CodePush list's status column now shows icons instead of text badges, matching the look already used for builds. See the [CodePush](/tutorials/app-maker/operate-and-update/codepush.md) tutorial for a full walkthrough.&#x20;

**Automatic App Update Recovery**

* The app now recovers automatically if you're left on an older version after a new release goes out — it reloads itself once to pick up the update. If that isn't enough, you now see a proper in-app error screen matching the rest of the app, with a button to reload.&#x20;

**Distribution Action Button Relocation**

* The Distribution action buttons (Promote, Expire Build, Submit for Export Compliance, and release controls) moved out of the pipeline sidebar into the main content area, aligned to the right for easier reach.

#### <mark style="color:red;">**New Features**</mark>

{% hint style="warning" %}
The following changes are available in **App Maker Environment version later than** `env7.2.0`.
{% endhint %}

**ListLazyLoader Element**

* A performant replacement for `LazyLoader` that backs the scroll container with `FlashList` instead of `ScrollView`.

**HomePage Performance Improvements**

* Template app created from scratch using `appmaker project create` will use the ListLazyLoader element on the homepage. Performance improvements have also been made to some of the example widgets.

{% hint style="info" %}
For more information about the new features above, see the related [Framework ListLazyLoader Element](https://docs.akinon.com/technical-guides/app-maker/mobile/mobile-app-framework/framework#listlazyloader) document.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.akinon.com/release-notes/2026/august/akinon-release-notes-08.17.2026.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
