# Akinon Release Notes 08.31.2026

## <mark style="color:$primary;">Omnitron</mark>

{% hint style="warning" %}
The following changes are available in **Omnitron FE versions later than** `v3.16.1` and **Omnitron BE versions later than** `v2.8.0`.
{% endhint %}

#### <mark style="color:red;">Resolved Issues</mark>

**Bulk Order Item Updates No Longer Fail on Missing Item IDs**

* Bulk order item updates now handle missing or null item IDs without interrupting the entire request. Items without a valid ID return a clear error message individually, while the remaining items in the batch continue to be processed successfully.

**Stock Amount Card Now Reflects Channel Catalog Products**

* The **Stock Amount** card on the channel **Dashboard** now calculates stock only for products included in the channel's catalog. Previously, the card could include products from the shared stock list that were not part of the channel catalog. The calculation has been updated to ensure the dashboard total matches the stock list shown for the catalog.

**Sales Channel Settings Can Now Be Saved with System-Generated Sales URLs**

* Saving sales channel settings is no longer blocked by the system-generated Sales URL value. Validation now accepts URLs without a scheme, such as `store.example.com`, alongside standard full URLs, while still rejecting invalid values. This allows other channel settings to be updated without requiring changes to the automatically generated Sales URL.

#### <mark style="color:red;">New Features</mark>

**Improved Sorting Experience**

* The Sorting screen has been enhanced to provide a more flexible and efficient experience when managing product order. Users can now work with a wider view, switch between different product views, and perform bulk actions more easily while having greater visibility into product performance.

  * The sidebar and panel automatically collapse to provide a larger workspace.
  * Users can switch between **detailed card view** and **image-only view** for easier visual management.
  * Filtered products are automatically selected, making them ready for bulk actions.
  * Multiple selected products can be moved to the **beginning or end of the list,** or removed in a single action.
  * Product-level sales performance, including **orders**, **cancellations**, **refunds**, and **total sales (GMV)**, can be viewed directly from the product details.

  For detailed usage: [Sorting Tutorial](/tutorials/omnitron/products-and-catalogs/sorting.md)

**Include and Exclude Conditions for Campaigns**

* Campaign conditions can now be configured using **Include** and **Exclude** rules, providing more flexibility when defining which products or criteria should be considered for a campaign. Users can add multiple conditions and specify whether each condition should be **included** in or **excluded** **from** the campaign. This allows campaigns to target specific products or customer/order criteria while explicitly excluding items or conditions that should not qualify. The new condition structure also supports combining multiple **Include** and **Exclude** rules within the same campaign.

#### <mark style="color:red;">Enhancements</mark>

**Campaign Visibility Confirmation and Filter**

* A confirmation popup has been added when users enable the campaign visibility options (**Show on Product Detail** or **Show on Product List**). The popup warns users that enabling these options makes the campaign visible and discoverable to customers on the storefront, and that insufficiently restrictive campaign conditions may increase the risk of misuse.

<img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FN3TLTw6ryBswkVhT7xI9%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=bd970154-8498-45b2-90e7-0e5244fee92b" alt="" height="292" width="624">

**Bulk AI Name & Description Generation**

* Bulk AI Name & Description generation now allows users to choose which content to generate, with separate options for **Name only**, **Description only**, or **both Name and Description**. This provides greater flexibility and helps users generate only the content they need.

<img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2F8W3hv2b0eSTts5ELyCbd%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=775b0964-6943-49a3-96d1-3f93d5b36d41" alt="" height="292" width="624">

**Category Product List Export**

* The **Category Product List** under **Catalogs > Category Tree** now supports **CSV** and **XLS** **export**. Users can export the product list of the selected category directly from the table, making it easier to work with category-specific product data outside the panel.

<img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2F9gkaZRHbwwAqlTQb45aa%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=b6f5531d-5883-4d43-9b2c-88ec054d2c41" alt="" height="292" width="624">

**WhatsApp Communication Permission**

* A **WhatsApp Permission** toggle has been added to the **Customer Detail** page. Users can now view and update WhatsApp communication permission alongside the existing communication permission settings.

<img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FO9G0H35AW8upn3hWAjzt%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=596ca174-1fd2-4fdc-a7e9-2dd35beffdfd" alt="" height="292" width="624">

**Power with AI Now Generates Different Suggestions on Retry**

* The **Power with AI** feature under **Products and Catalogs > Product Pool > Edit Product Form** can now generate a different product name or description suggestion when the generation is retried. This prevents the same suggestion from being returned repeatedly and provides users with more alternatives. To enable this behavior, the following configuration must be added to the related **Omnitron AI** application.
  * Send a `PATCH` request to /`api/v1/applications/{Omnitron_AI_Application_ID}/`. Set the `application_config` field as follow:

```json
application_config = {
    "proxy_body_defaults": {
        "ai/name-desc-generator/": {"bypass_cache": true}
    }
}
```

* Once `bypass_cache` is enabled for the `ai/name-desc-generator/` endpoint, retrying **Power with AI** generation can return a new suggestion. Existing behavior remains unchanged for AI applications where this configuration is not enabled.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">Commerce</mark>

{% hint style="warning" %}
The following changes are available in **Commerce** **versions as of August 31, 2026**.
{% endhint %}

#### <mark style="color:red;">**Resolved Issues**</mark>

**Stable Shipping Options During Checkout**

* Resolved an issue where, for baskets with certain loyalty rewards applied, the order total could shift between two values during checkout, causing a previously selected shipping method to become invalid and checkout to get stuck retrying. Checkout now uses a consistent order total throughout the shipping selection step. This ensures a smoother, uninterrupted checkout experience for shoppers.

**Safer Handling of Duplicate Product Collection Entries**

* Resolved an issue where adding a product to a collection at the same moment as a duplicate request could trigger a server error instead of a clear "already exists" response. This mainly affected automated catalog synchronization. This makes catalog sync more predictable and reduces unnecessary error handling for integrators.

#### <mark style="color:red;">Enhancements</mark>

**More Search Suggestions in Autocomplete**

* The number of results returned by search autocomplete was previously capped at a low default. This can now be configured to return more suggestions, giving shoppers a fuller set of matches as they type.

**Richer Data for Shipping Cost Calculation**

* Shipping cost integrations now receive additional order context with each request — the customer's country code and whether the order originated in-store or online. This enables more precise shipping rules, such as free shipping for in-store purchases and fixed-rate shipping for cross-border orders.

**Combined Filtering for Cancelled, Returned, and Requested Orders**

* Merchants can now filter and view cancelled orders, returned orders, and orders with a pending cancellation or return request together on a single page. Previously these statuses could not be combined in one view. This makes it easier for support and operations teams to track orders that need attention.

**Additional Gender Option at Registration**

* Added a "Prefer not to respond" option to the gender field on the registration screen, alongside the existing options. The field remains optional, giving customers more control over what personal information they share while improving the accuracy of downstream reporting.

#### <mark style="color:red;">System Improvements</mark>

**Input Validation and Pagination Safeguards for Order Listing**

* Order listing now properly validates the status filter and rejects invalid input instead of silently returning an empty result. A maximum page size has also been introduced to prevent a single request from pulling an unbounded number of records. This improves system stability and protects against unintentional heavy load.

**Faster Favorite/Wishlist Status Checks**

* A lightweight check for whether products are favorited has replaced a much heavier query previously used on product listing pages. This significantly reduces load times when shoppers browse listings with favorite indicators, resulting in a faster, smoother browsing experience.

**Improved System Logging for Faster Issue Diagnosis**

* Resolved a logging configuration issue where informational, warning, and debug-level messages were not being captured, leaving only critical errors visible. Logging now captures a fuller picture of system activity. This helps support teams diagnose and resolve issues faster.

***

## <mark style="color:$primary;">OMS</mark>

{% hint style="warning" %}
The following changes are available in **OMS versions later than** `v1.5.0`.
{% endhint %}

#### <mark style="color:red;">**Enhancements**</mark>

**Bulk Query Support by Package Number**

* A new filter was added to the package listing service, allowing multiple package numbers to be queried in a single request. Previously, only a single package number could be searched at a time. This lets staff look up several packages at once instead of running separate searches for each one, saving time on daily operations.

**Invoice-Based Return Triggering**

* The return process can now be triggered directly using invoice information, rather than depending on a delivery status update. This gives more flexibility in how and when a return is initiated for a given order, and keeps customer-facing notifications better aligned with the actual stage of the process. This means customers receive accurate, well-timed updates about their return instead of confusing or premature notifications.

***

## <mark style="color:$primary;">Instore</mark>

{% hint style="warning" %}
The following changes are available in **Instore FE versions later than** `v1.24.1` and **Instore BE versions later than** `v1.3.0`.
{% endhint %}

#### <mark style="color:red;">**New Features**</mark>

**Applicable Coupon Codes Now Shown in Cart**

* A dedicated modal was added to the cart screen that lists the coupon codes applicable to that customer's cart and lets staff apply one with a single click. This helps staff surface the right discount for the customer without missing anything, improving customer satisfaction. See [Selling Through Instore](/tutorials/instore/instore-user-manual/selling-through-instore.md#customer-basket) tutorial for more details.

  <img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FBEhFbpJxiqF9fKq7wf7k%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=5632a30c-ab50-49f9-b079-069aa4ed6f7b" alt="" height="311" width="624">

**Gift Card Feature Brought to Instore**&#x20;

* The Gift Card feature, previously available only on the web, can now be used in Instore as well, enabled through a setting. This lets brands that wish to accept gift cards do so for in-store sales too, giving customers a consistent experience between web and store. See [Selling Through Instore](/tutorials/instore/instore-user-manual/selling-through-instore.md#customer-basket) tutorial for more details.

<img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FgCzGIPsCRZtXQSdPOiHl%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=f66e58e9-789f-4e99-90f1-153ff460bbb6" alt="" height="301" width="624">

**Persistent Delivery List in the Cargo Delivery Form**

* The **Cargo Delivery Form** now maintains a persistent package list, even when switching between status cards. Staff can add packages to the list via a row icon, bulk selection, barcode scan, or manual entry, and packages belonging to a different carrier are automatically flagged and excluded from the form. This lets staff consolidate packages handed over at the same time into a single form, speeding up the cargo handover process. See [Package Orders](/tutorials/instore/instore-user-manual/package-orders.md#generating-the-cargo-delivery-form) tutorial for more details.

  <img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FIazdX6dK4p3H5qEsFOmC%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=dab97ad9-a098-4e5a-8d09-ede29b7a3f91" alt="" height="287" width="624">

#### <mark style="color:red;">**Enhancements**</mark>

**"Items in This Order" Summary Added to Checkout Screen**

* The checkout screen now includes a summary section that shows the items in the order, along with quantity, size, and color. Staff can click a product to open its detail page, or click "edit" to return to the cart. This lets staff verify the order's contents at a glance before confirming it, helping prevent incorrect orders. This feature can be enabled per brand for those who wish to use it. See [Selling Through Instore](/tutorials/instore/instore-user-manual/selling-through-instore.md#checkout) tutorial for more details.

  <img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FwcdU6y0ViSrKqlUMOgR1%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=f7c270f5-60b1-4838-a5c6-6e3af23d378f" alt="" height="349" width="624">

#### <mark style="color:red;">**System Improvements**</mark>

**Performance Improvement for Cargo Barcode Preview**

* Loading performance was optimized for cargo barcode previews rendered in ZPL format, so the preview now loads significantly faster while resolution and print quality remain unchanged. This lets store staff view and print shipping labels more quickly, speeding up the packaging process.&#x20;

  <img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2Fi5qMyLnmVnyVzmVvRTat%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=1d9d7064-d63b-4dc1-8b41-7a34b927154f" alt="" height="349" width="624">

## <mark style="color:$primary;">Marketplace Dashboard</mark>

#### <mark style="color:red;">**Enhancements**</mark>

**Reporting Missing SKUs – Execution ID Link Redirects to Filtered Log Page**

* On the Reporting Missing SKUs screen, clicking an **Execution ID** link now takes users directly to the related entry on the Logs page, automatically filtered by flow and Execution ID. Previously, the **Logs** page opened without any filters, requiring users to search manually. In addition, filter values are now cleared automatically when switching between flows. This makes it faster and easier for users to find the exact log they need.

<img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2Fvm1yiWR1677ttMKDkbMn%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=3ad9537b-2898-4a5a-b779-642293b9ad9f" alt="" height="316" width="624">

<img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FZwxaZKApKWVcmk8xlnbG%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=081c7d67-30cb-4980-8b48-150536f2ec1e" alt="" height="240" width="624">

#### <mark style="color:red;">**System Improvements**</mark>

**MPD Log Page – Flow Names Served from Cache After First Request**

* Flow names on the **MPD Log** page are now cached after the first request instead of being retrieved from the API every time. Cached data is stored separately per marketplace, reducing unnecessary network requests. This results in a faster, smoother experience when working with logs.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">Seller Center</mark>

{% hint style="warning" %}
The following changes are available in **Seller Center FE versions later than** `v1.3.0` and **Seller Center BE versions later than** `v1.6.0`.
{% endhint %}

#### <mark style="color:red;">Resolved Issues</mark>

**Approved Offers Bulk Status Update No Longer Fails with "Missing fields: id"**

* In **Product & Categories > Offer List > Approved**, re-uploading a file downloaded via Download Offers for a bulk status update previously failed with a "Missing fields: id" error, caused by a mismatch of the id field between export and re-import. Sellers can now download, edit, and re-upload the Approved Offers file for bulk status updates reliably, saving time when managing approved offers at scale.

#### <mark style="color:red;">Enhancements</mark>

**Export File Names Now Include Menu, ID, and Date**

* Exported files previously did not clearly identify their source or generation time. Export file names now follow the pattern \[Menu Name] + \[Unique ID] + \[Date], making it easier for sellers and marketplace owners to identify and track downloaded export and template files, especially when running multiple exports over time.

**Ship All: Invoice and Shipping Info Now Collected in One Step**

* In **Orders > Packages**, clicking **Ship All** previously opened a separate invoice form, with the shipping company selection appearing only as a second step after the invoice was saved. Invoice fields (Invoice Data URL, Bill Number, Invoice Date) and shipping company selection now appear together on a single screen, for both individual packages and bulk Ship All actions. This reduces the number of steps and the risk of leaving the shipping process incomplete. See the [How to Manage Packages in Seller Center?](/tutorials/seller-center/seller/orders/how-to-manage-packages-in-seller-center.md) tutorial for details.

  <img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FfQoP1o50jy3oWUPZS3St%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=6e2e98c8-7575-4a17-91f0-07de6bfd429c" alt="" height="315" width="624">

**SKU-Based Revision History Added to Revision and Offer Panels**

* Revision and offer transaction panels had no way to see the dates a product's SKU had previously received revisions. A SKU-based revision history view has been added, modeled on the existing price history view on the product detail page. Sellers and marketplace owners can now view a SKU's past revision dates directly from **Revision Requests** and **Offer Actions**, without navigating away.

<img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FbjGslCQy3HawhY1uXwoR%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=ee699280-963c-4272-9ad4-6a23c660e89d" alt="" height="269" width="624">

#### <mark style="color:red;">New Features</mark>

**Offer Diagnostics Feature**

* Approving a pre-offer previously carried hidden risks: a SKU could partially match an existing product with different variant attributes, a seller could already have an active offer for the same product, or a pre-offer could match an unlinked (orphan) product — none of which was visible before approval. A new Offer Diagnostics section now runs automatically on the offer detail page for **Pending Offers** and **Rejected Offers**, checking for all three cases and showing each as **OK** or a **WARNING** with details, including attribute-by-attribute comparisons and direct links to conflicting offers or matched products. Diagnostics are advisory only and never block approving or saving a pre-offer, and results refresh automatically after every status change. This gives marketplace owners full context to make informed decisions when reviewing offers. For more information see [How to Use Offer Actions in Seller Center?](/tutorials/seller-center/marketplace-owner/products/how-to-use-offer-actions-in-seller-center.md) tutorial.&#x20;

## <mark style="color:red;">Project Zero</mark>

{% hint style="warning" %}
The following changes are available in **@akinon/next (Project Zero) version** `2.0.88` **and later**. **Theme Editor** updates are live on the current Akinon platform.
{% endhint %}

#### <mark style="color:red;">Resolved Issues</mark> &#x20;

**Masterpass Rest Payment Issue**

* Users can now complete payments successfully when Masterpass Rest is enabled. This resolves an issue that previously prevented some payments from going through. This ensures a smoother checkout experience and reduces the risk of lost sales due to failed payments.

**E-Prescription — Order Number and Error Handling Issues**&#x20;

* Users can now submit longer order numbers through the E-Prescription extension without issues. The system also shows an accurate error message if an operation fails, instead of displaying a false success message. This gives users more reliable order tracking and clearer visibility when something goes wrong.

#### <mark style="color:red;">New Features</mark>&#x20;

**404 and 500 Error Pages Can Now Be Managed in Theme Editor**

* Users can now design and manage default 404 and 500 error pages directly in Theme Editor. These pages can include friendly messages and navigation elements, such as buttons that redirect visitors to the homepage or another relevant page, with layouts optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens. This helps users maintain a professional storefront experience even when visitors land on an error page.

**Login and Register Forms Can Now Be Created in Theme Editor**

* Users can now add ready-to-use Login and Register form templates directly in Theme Editor. These forms can be placed within page content or displayed in a modal, allowing guest users to sign in or register from experiences such as the account button in the header. This gives users more flexibility to guide customers toward account creation and login.

  <img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FoqE1tyeqCnQT7JoZD9Nc%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=8639364e-258e-4eb7-ba07-2bbf37d063ab" alt="" height="471" width="624">

#### <mark style="color:red;">Enhancements</mark>&#x20;

**Theme Editor Side Panels Can Now Be Collapsed**

* Users can now collapse the left and right panels in Theme Editor independently to gain more working space. An arrow appears on the relevant side of the screen when a panel is collapsed, allowing users to reopen it at any time. This makes it easier for users to focus on page design without distractions.

<img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2Fhl1PE7XbxFyZXHFYa40g%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=264fe109-a940-4296-b21b-3bbe50671420" alt="" height="307" width="624">

#### <mark style="color:red;">System Improvements</mark> &#x20;

**Improved Wishlist Performance on Product Listing Pages**

* Wishlist checks on **Product Listing** pages now retrieve favorite information only for the products currently displayed. This reduces unnecessary data requests and improves page performance while keeping wishlist actions working as expected. This provides customers with a faster, smoother browsing experience.

**Virtual Try-On Updated to Support the Latest Version**

* The Virtual Try-On integration now supports the latest VTO version and the new AI Studio flow. This ensures users continue to offer customers the most up-to-date try-on experience available on the platform.

## <mark style="color:red;">App Maker</mark>

### <mark style="color:red;">Platform</mark>

#### <mark style="color:red;">Resolved Issues</mark>

**Fix: "Created by Me" Filter on Builds and Deployments**

* Filtering builds and deployments by "created by me" now works correctly, instead of being silently ignored. This ensures users see accurate, filtered results when reviewing their own builds and deployments.

**Corrected: Project Dashboard App Status Card**

* The Project Dashboard's App Status card could previously be missing which build and publisher were live for a platform. It now always reflects the correct deployment. This gives administrators a reliable, up-to-date view of what's actually live in production. See the [Project Details](https://docs.akinon.com/tutorials/app-maker/projects/project-details) tutorial for details.

#### <mark style="color:red;">Enhancements</mark>

**Reorder Project Dashboard Cards**

* **Project Dashboard** cards can now be reordered by dragging a card's header grip to a new spot in its column or into another column. Your layout is remembered per browser, and a reset link restores the default order. This lets administrators organize the dashboard around what matters most to their workflow. See the [Project Details](https://docs.akinon.com/tutorials/app-maker/projects/project-details) tutorial for a full walkthrough.

  <img src="https://1066499406-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FxpVRheUHzJXXkDHR0KGf%2Fuploads%2FyiRKVoeQodr89lvR4N2J%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=b430d67b-ffc1-40c7-8a53-7c194741670e" alt="" height="391" width="624">

**Resizable Left Navigation Sidebar**

* The left navigation sidebar can now be resized by dragging it anywhere between a slim icon-only rail and a wide panel. Your preferred width is remembered, and menu labels no longer wrap awkwardly when the rail is narrow. This gives users more control over their workspace layout.

**Better Performance on the Commits Page**

* The **Commits** page now handles large repositories more smoothly. Commit history loads with simple Previous/Next controls instead of all at once, so it stays fast even with a long history. The page also defaults to the main branch (or the repository's first branch) automatically, and if the commit service is briefly busy, a clear "still working, retrying" message appears instead of a confusing error. This keeps the browsing experience fast and predictable, even on large repositories.

**View Full File Content on Commit Detail**

* Users can now view a changed file's full content on **Commit Detail**, not just its diff, with syntax highlighting and a copy button. This makes it easier to review code changes in context without switching tools.

**Resizable File-Tree Sidebar on Upgrade Helper and Commit Detail**

* The file-tree sidebar next to a diff, on both **Upgrade Helper** and **Commit Detail**, can now be **resized** by dragging it wider or narrower, with your preferred width remembered per screen. It now opens on the first changed file automatically, includes a **back-to-top** button for long diffs, and shows clearer icons for added, modified, and deleted files. This makes it easier to navigate and review large sets of changes.

**Clearer CodePush Status Indicators**

* CodePush received two improvements: the Builds list now shows a clear in-progress icon on a build whose CodePush update is still deploying, and an empty CodePush list now shows a helpful placeholder instead of blank space. This gives users a clearer, more accurate picture of deployment status at a glance. See the [CodePush](https://docs.akinon.com/tutorials/app-maker/operate-and-update/codepush) tutorial for a full walkthrough.

**Type-Specific Artifact-Size Fields in Build and Deployment APIs**

* Build and deployment API responses now include type-specific artifact-size fields — `ipaSize` for iOS, `apkSize/aabSize` for Android/Huawei, and `bundleSize` for CodePush — alongside the existing generic size field, which is now deprecated in favor of these. This gives integrators more accurate, platform-specific size data for automation and reporting.

**Faster Access to Execution Logs from the Unmatched Products Report**

* Clicking an **Execution ID** on the **Unmatched Products Report** screen now takes users directly to the matching entry on the **Logs** page, already filtered by the relevant flow and Execution ID. Filter values from a previous flow are also cleared automatically when switching to a new one. This saves merchants time by removing the need to search for the correct log manually.

**Action Required:** Review the changelog changes in App Maker to adopt the new Favorite-Status API. No action is required if you do not plan to use this feature.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.akinon.com/release-notes/2026/august/akinon-release-notes-08.31.2026.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
