# AI Features
Akinon’s AI-powered features are designed to intelligently automate time-consuming, repetitive, and manual processes in e-commerce operations. From product content and category structures to multilingual management and SEO configurations, all critical areas are managed through data-driven, context-aware, and scalable AI components.
With this approach, teams are freed from manual workload, content becomes consistent and standardized across the entire catalog, and management processes become significantly faster, more accurate, and more efficient.
In the new AI era, competition is built on speed, consistency, and scalability. Akinon’s AI capabilities relieve e-commerce teams from operational burdens while enabling them to produce higher-quality content, achieve stronger visibility, and deliver a better customer experience.
To present your products in the right category, in the right language, with the right content and the right storefront, you no longer need to rely on manual processes — you can rely on the power of Akinon AI.
## AI Credit Management
The **Settings > AI Credit Management** page allows you to monitor your credit status and control your monthly AI credit usage while using AI features.
On this page, you can view your current usage status, review all AI transactions, and navigate to the **AI Credit Settings** page.
### Summary Information Cards
The cards displayed at the top of the page allow you to quickly view your current credit status:
* **Remaining Usage Limit (Monthly, Bonus Included):** Displays the total remaining credit limit you can use within the current month. Bonus credits defined by Akinon are included in this value.
* **Used Amount (Monthly):** Indicates the total AI credit amount spent so far in the current month.
* **Total Usage Limit (Monthly, Bonus Included):** This value is the sum of the following two amounts:
* The monthly usage limit defined on the **AI Credit Settings** page
* The bonus credit defined by Akinon
When the monthly usage limit is updated, the **Remaining Usage Limit** and **Total Usage Limit** values on these cards are automatically recalculated.

**Important Notice – Number Display Format**
* In the **Turkish** interface, numbers are displayed in the format **50.000,000**. In this format, the last three digits represent the decimal portion.
* In the **English** interface, numbers are displayed in the format **50,000.000.** In this format as well, the last three digits represent the decimal portion.

When evaluating amounts, please pay attention to the decimal and thousand separators according to the selected interface language.
### AI Transactions Table
All AI credit movements are listed in detail in this table:
* Date – The date when the transaction occurred
* User – The user who performed the AI transaction Application – The AI feature used
* Transaction Type – The type of transaction performed
* Amount – The credit spent for the transaction
* Remaining Usage Limit – The remaining monthly credit after the transaction
These records are view-only and updated in real time.
### AI Credit Settings
To set the monthly credit usage limit, click the **Settings** (⚙️) icon located at the top right of the page.
This action redirects you to the **AI Credit Settings** page.
The **AI Credit Settings** page allows you to define the maximum monthly AI credit usage limit, excluding bonus credits.
This setting is used to prevent unexpected usage and spending.
**Usage Limit (Monthly, Bonus Excluded):**
* The value entered in this field represents the maximum credit you can spend monthly.
* Bonus credits are not included in this limit.
**Limit Calculation Logic:**
* The monthly usage limit is defined on this page.
* If there isbonus credit provided by Akinon, it is added separately.
* These two values are summed to calculate:
* Total Usage Limit (Monthly, Bonus Included)
* The calculated total amount is displayed on the **AI Credit Management** page.
**Credit Consumption Hierarchy:**
* During credit usage, the bonus credit limit is consumed first.
* Once the bonus credit is exhausted, the defined monthly usage limit (if available) begins to be used.
**Example:**
* Monthly Usage Limit: 50.000
* Bonus Credit: 10.000
* Total limit displayed on the **AI Credit Management** page: 60.000
**In this scenario:**
* The first 10.000 usage is deducted from the bonus credit.
* Subsequent usage is deducted from the monthly 50.000 limit
**Saving Changes**
* By clicking the **Save** button, the defined limit becomes active.
* The saved value is immediately reflected on the **AI Credit Management** page.
* Previously completed transactions are not affected; only future usage is managed according to the updated limit.
## AI Features List
### PIM Enrichment
#### Product Name & Description
**Path: Products and Catalogs > Product Pool > Product Detail > Product Name & Description**
Automatically generates clear, consistent, and high-quality product names and product descriptions based on product data and the selected locale. It ensures content standardization across the catalog and significantly reduces manual workload. Ideal for quickly enriching product detail pages and improving overall content quality.
**Important Note (Tooltip):** Attention should be paid to the tooltip shown in the screenshot. The attribute used in this field is determined by the value defined in the `PRODUCT_DESCRIPTION_ATTRIBUTE_LOCATION` dynamic setting.
* By default, this value is set todescription.
* If there is no attribute with the keydescription in the system, or if the user stores the description in a different attribute field, this dynamic setting value must be updated with the relevant attribute key.
* Once the dynamic setting is updated with the attribute key for which the description is intended to be generated via AI, the system will allow the generated content to be written to the correct field and saved.
If this setting is not configured correctly, the AI-generated content cannot be written to the expected attribute field, and the save operation cannot be completed.
#### Bulk Product Name & Description Suggestions
**Path:** **Products and Catalogs > Product Pool**
Generate AI-powered product name and description suggestions for multiple products in a single operation. After selecting products from the **Product Pool**, the AI analyzes each product's data and generates contextual, high-quality name and description suggestions. All generated content is presented in a review screen where users can search, review, edit, approve, or reject individual suggestions, or approve all suggestions at once before saving them to the selected products. This feature significantly reduces manual content creation effort, improves content consistency across the catalog, and accelerates large-scale product enrichment workflows.
#### Product ImageVirtual Try-On
**Path: Products and Catalogs > Product Pool > Product Detail > Product Pictures**
Transforms model-free product images into realistic visuals displayed on models using artificial intelligence. It enables products to be digitally dressed on models, and these visuals can be used directly as product images. This helps brands create more compelling visuals, enhance product presentation, and increase customer trust and conversion rates.

Automatically generates attributes and attribute sets based on the selected industry, category structure, and chosen locale. It groups attributes under relevant sets according to each product type. All generated attributes and attribute sets are saved directly to Omnitron without requiring manual configuration and become instantly ready for use.
#### AI Attribute Value Enrichment
**Path: Products and Catalogs > Product Attributes > “Dropdown” Attribute Detail**
Based on the selected locale, it suggests the most appropriate attribute values for dropdown-type product attributes. If existing values are available, it generates only the missing ones; if none exist, it creates new values from scratch — eliminating the need for manual input.

#### AI Bulk Product Translator
**Path: Products and Catalogs > Product Pool**
Generates AI-powered translations for selected or filtered products based on the chosen locale and makes them available as a downloadable CSV file. The generated translation file can be uploaded via the **Bulk Product Update** button to update product data in the selected locale.
Only localizable attributes that are not dropdown-type and do not have variant characteristics are included in the translation process.
#### AI Bulk Cancellation & Refund Translator

Bulk translates cancellation and return reasons into the selected locale. Ensures customers see clear and localized reason options. Improves user experience while preserving standardized reason definitions.
