Sorting
How to sort your products, tab by tab
The Products and Catalogs > Catalogs > [Category or Collection] > Sorting screen lets you control the display order of products in a category or collection. It has three tabs, and this guide walks through each one separately:
Sorting Algorithms — apply an automatic sorting rule (e.g. price, newest arrivals).
Products to Sort — find products in the catalog pool and add them to your sorting list.
Edit Sorting — select and manually reorder the products you've added, using drag-and-drop, filters, or bulk actions.

You can use one tab or combine all three, depending on how much manual control you want over the order.
In this guide:
Tab 1 — Sorting Algorithms: choosing an automatic sort rule
Tab 2 — Products to Sort: finding products and adding them to your sorting list
Tab 3 — Edit Sorting: selecting and manually arranging your sorted products
Tab 1 — Sorting Algorithms
This is the first tab you land on. Use it when you want the system to order products automatically — for example, always showing the cheapest items first, or newest arrivals first — instead of arranging every product by hand.
Open the Sorting Algorithms tab
From the left panel, select the Category or Collection you want to sort.
On the right, make sure the Sorting Algorithms tab is selected (it's the leftmost of the three tabs, and the one shown by default).

Choose an algorithm
Click the Select Algorithm dropdown.
You'll see a searchable list of available algorithms, for example:
Default — the platform's standard order.
Ascending Price — lowest price first.
Descending Price — highest price first.
Newcomers — most recently added products first.

Click + Add to add it to the Selected Algorithms list below. Repeat to add more than one — when several are added, the first one is the primary sort and the rest break ties, in the order they're listed.

Drag an item in the Selected Algorithms list to reorder it, or click − to remove it.
Click SAVE SETTINGS to confirm.
Define a new algorithm (optional)
Not finding what you need in the dropdown?
Click the All Sorting Algorithms link in the top right to go to Settings > Sorting Algorithms.
Define a new algorithm there (Dynamic, or External) — see How to Create and Manage Sorting Algorithms in Omnitron for the full walkthrough.
Come back to this tab and add it.

An automatic algorithm is a good starting point, but you can still fine-tune individual product positions afterwards in the Edit Sorting tab (Tab 3) — manual positions there take priority over the algorithm.
Tab 2 — Products to Sort
This tab is where you build up the list of products you actually want to manually order. It shows every product available in the selected category/collection — not just the ones already being sorted. Filter this pool down to the products you care about, select them, and send them to the Edit Sorting tab (Tab 3), where you'll arrange their exact order.
Only products you add here will show up in Edit Sorting. If a product is missing from your sort list, come back to this tab and add it.
Open the tab and view the pool
Click the Products to Sort tab (middle tab).
The list shows every product in the selected category/collection as a table, with columns for
Image,
Base Code,
Listing Code,
Product Name,
Stock, Sales Price,
Retail Price, and
Variant Count.

Filter to find the products you want
Use the filter fields above the table to narrow down the pool:
Product Name, Base Code, Listing Code, SKU for text search.
Min./Max. Sales Price, Min./Max. Number of Stock, Min./Max. Variant Stock for numeric ranges.
Out of Stock to filter by stock status.

Click the funnel icon next to the CSV/XLS icons to open the Filters picker. Here you can search for and enable additional filter fields based on your product attributes — for example Color, Gender, Beden (Size), Material, or any other custom attribute defined. Once you tick an attribute, it's added as a new field in the filter panel, ready for you to enter a value and search by it, just like the default fields.

Applied filters appear as tags in the "Active Filters" row. Remove one with ✕, or clear all of them at once with the trash icon at the end of the row.

You can also filter in bulk by uploading a CSV or XLS file instead of entering values one by one. Each row in the file represents one product group. The file accepts two columns:
base_code
The product group's main code
listing_code
The group's listing code
Select products and send them to Edit Sorting
Tick the checkbox next to each product you want to sort. Selected rows are highlighted.
Open the Select Action dropdown and choose Add Products To Sorting.
Click APPLY. The selected products are added to the sorting list and become available in the Edit Sorting tab.

Optional: use the XLS icons in the top right to download the current list.
Once you've added the products you care about, switch to Edit Sorting to arrange their exact display order.
Tab 3 — Edit Sorting
This is where you fine-tune the exact display order — product by product, or in bulk — using drag-and-drop, card selection, and bulk actions. It only shows products you've added via Products to Sort (Tab 2).
Switch to Edit Sorting
Click Edit Sorting (rightmost tab). Products are now shown as visual cards instead of a table.
When you switch to this tab, the working area expands automatically:
The main left menu collapses to an icon strip (only icons remain).
The category/collection panel narrows and becomes scrollable within its own area.
This leaves a much wider area for the product cards.

Choose a view mode
Two icons in the toolbar let you switch the grid view:
Detailed card view: Product Name, Base Code, Listing Code, Stock, and Price appear below each card. This is the default view.

Image-only view: only the product image is shown, so many more products fit in the same space.

Use the VIEW slider to set how many cards appear side by side.

Filter to select products, ready for sorting
The filter fields here work differently from Tab 2: applying a filter doesn't hide the rest of the grid. Instead, it automatically selects every matching product — as if you'd clicked each one by hand — so they're instantly ready for a bulk action (move to top/bottom, remove, etc.). All other products stay visible on the grid; they're just left unselected.
Enter a value in one or more filter fields (Product Name, Base Code, Listing Code, Min./Max. Stock, Min./Max. Price).
The products matching your filter become selected (highlighted with a blue border) across the grid.

Apply a bulk action to act on exactly those selected products, or click cards individually to adjust the selection further.
Reorder with drag-and-drop
Hold a card and drag it to the position you want.
The position number in the bottom-left corner of each card shows its current display order (1, 2, 3 …).
You can also select multiple products first via their checkboxes, then drag any one of the selected cards — the whole group moves together to the new position.

Drag-and-drop is ideal for positioning products one at a time; for moving many products at once — especially a group you've just selected via filter — use the bulk actions below instead.
Jump to a position by typing it in
Click directly into the position number box on a card.
Type the new position and enter. The product jumps straight to that spot and the rest of the list shifts accordingly.

Apply a bulk action
Select the products you want to act on — either by clicking cards individually, or by using a filter to select a whole group at once.
Open the "Select Action" dropdown and choose:
Move to Beginning of List
Move to End of List
Remove All Products from List — after you confirm.
Remove Selected Products from List

Click APPLY. (Disabled while no product is selected.)

Check product detail and sales performance
Click the zoom icon in the bottom-right corner of a card.

The "Select Product" window opens. The window shows a large product image and product info on the right, plus a Sales Performance section.

Pick a range from the period selector: Last 1 Day / 7 Days / 30 Days / 3 Months / 6 Months / 1 Year.
Metrics shown: Total Orders, Cancellations, Refunds, Net Orders, and Total Sales (GMV) — so you can spot high- and low-performing products and sort accordingly.
Use the
‹ ›arrows to move to the next/previous product without closing the window. The MOVE TO TOP OF LIST / MOVE TO BOTTOM OF LIST buttons let you reposition the product from here too.

Ticking the Select Product checkbox at the top of the window also selects that product on the main grid — so once you close the window, it's ready for a bulk action just like any other selected card.

Sort in bulk via CSV (optional)
Use the CSV export icon to download the current list.

Edit the product order in the file and save it — to change the order, move entire rows to their new position; don't edit the index/order numbers within a row and leave the row in place. The system reads the file top-to-bottom, so a row's position in the file is what determines its position in the sort order.

Use CSV import to upload the file back.

Before anything is applied, a preview screen shows you the new order based on the file — review it here, then click Confirm & Save to apply it. If something looks off, you can cancel and fix the file.

Before importing your new sorting as a CSV file, make sure to export the latest CSV file and apply your changes to it.
Save your changes
Click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the screen. Until you do, all moves and removals are only held temporarily.
Clear product selection (bottom right) clears your current selection without touching the sort order.

If you try to leave without saving, the system will warn you.
Products you don't add here will appear after the sorted products, within that category/collection. To hide a product from the storefront entirely, remove it from the category/collection instead.
