How to Manage Promotions in Omnitron?
Campaigns
If the campaign to be created will not be applied to all products of the brand, a collection must first be created for the campaign.
Steps to Follow for Creating Collections: Omnitron > Products and Catalogs > Collections, followed by clicking on Add New Collection and filling in the fields below.

Collection Name: The name given to the created collection.
Catalog: The sales channel for the created collection is selected.
Collection Type: Static or dynamic collection is selected. In Static Collection, the products are added to the collection manually, whereas in Dynamic Collection, a product list is prepared according to certain filters.

Status: Active/Passive status of the collection is determined.
Creating a Campaign
Steps to Follow: Omnitron > Sales Channels > Marketing > Campaigns.
This is followed by clicking on Add New Campaign.
Each campaign is created exclusively for the relevant Sales Channel.
Campaign Information

Campaign Name
The name given to the campaign
Campaign Slug
Campaign Slug
Campaign Message
The message that will appear in the filter and/or basket when the campaign is applied
“You have won X TRY!”, “You have X TRY more to spend” etc.
Maximum Number of Application (per Basket)
Information on how many times a campaign will be used in a basket
In a case where the Maximum Number of Application is 1, when there is a 50% discount campaign if you buy three products, only 50% discount is provided both for the person who buys three products, and for the person who buys six products.
Maximum Number of Application (per Customer)
Information on how much a customer can benefit from a campaign.
Priority
The field to determine which campaign will be applied first in case there is more than one campaign for a product.
Example Campaign: Discount of 10% for the first product, 20% for the second product, 30% for the third product; in such case, the order of priority for three different campaigns must be provided in the correct order.

Can be combined with other campaigns
The checkbox that will decide whether the relevant product will benefit from other campaigns in case a product is included in more than one campaign.

The checkbox that decides whether to show the relevant campaign in the Product List.
Campaign Conditions

For the created collection, the campaign conditions may be entered through Total Amount, Total Quantity, Payment Step Discount subject to the Condition Type restrictions below.

Total Amount: The campaign is valid for orders that match the determined total amount and the upper amount limit.
Total Quantity: The campaign is valid for orders that comply with the determined total quantity and upper quantity limit.
Payment Step Discount: The campaign is valid for orders that meet the following conditions in the Payment Step.

User Warning Message: The warning message that will encourage the user to qualify for the discount, ”{remaining}” shows the information about the remaining amount for the user to qualify for the campaign. * For instance, “Add {remaining} more items to your basket and get free shipping.”, “Add {remaining} more items to your basket and get the third one for free.”
Price Type: Unit/Discount/Retail price options are available. The campaign can be based on these price types.

Application Type: Application type of the campaign is selected from the options below.

- Campaign products can be included in other campaigns: If a product is in more than one collection/campaign, the user can benefit from both campaigns.
- Products affected by the campaign cannot be included in other campaigns.
- The campaign is implemented independently from other campaigns: Even if a product is in more than one campaign, the user may only benefit from this campaign. It does not matter if other campaigns are more advantageous or not.
Campaign Action

Select Collection: A collection different than the collection on the Campaign Conditions page can be selected. The goal is to provide discounts for different collections when different products are purchased. For instance, offering a discount for ski boots with the purchase of a ski jacket.
Action Type:

Price Discount
The products under the selected collection that meet the campaign conditions are given a discount equal to the Discounted Price value according to Price Type and Application Type.
Cheapest Item Free
One of the Percent Discount/ Price Discount/ Fixed Price/ Fixed Total Price campaigns may be applied with the Distributing to Products that Meet the Terms of Discount option depending on the Gradual Discount/ Discount for the Cheapest Product/ Discount to the Most Expensive Product options for the products under the selected collection that meet the campaign conditions according to the Price Type, Application Type and Number of Products to be Applied.
“Buy 6, Pay 4" Campaign: Campaign Conditions - “Total Quantity”, Total Quantity = 6, Campaign Actions - Action Type = Cheapest Item Free, Percent Discount = 100, Number of Products to be Applied = 2. Depending on the Application Type, the relevant campaign can be used in every six products. (Buy 12 Pay 8, Buy 18 Pay 12…)
Percent Discount
The products under the selected collection that meet the campaign conditions are given a discount equal to the Percent Discount value according to Price Type and Application Type.
Free Shipping
The products under the selected collection that meet the campaign conditions are shipped for free.
Coupon
Coupons are defined for the users who meet the campaign conditions, with the Conditions and Actions being specified with the coupons.
Discount Code
Discount Codes are shared with the users who meet the campaign conditions, with the Conditions and Actions being specified with the codes.
Discount Codes
These are codes that will provide users with a one-time discount or discounts for certain periods when entered in the Add to Basket or Payment Steps.
Discount codes are created automatically by Omnitron; they can be user-based, or can be used by anyone who enters the relevant code.
Creating a Discount Code
Steps to Follow: Omnitron > Sales Channels > Marketing > Discount Codes.
This is followed by clicking on Add New Discount Code.
Each discount code is created exclusively for the relevant Sales Channel.
Discount Code Information

In addition to what is described under the Campaign Information heading, the Discount Code related to the User input can be user-based.

Price Discount
The products under the selected collection that meet the discount conditions are given a discount equal to the Discounted Price value according to Price Type and Application Type.
Cheapest Item Free
One of the Percent Discount/ Price Discount/ Fixed Price/ Fixed Total Price campaigns may be applied depending on the Gradual Discount/ Discount for the Cheapest Product/ Discount to the Most Expensive Product options for the products under the selected collection that meet the campaign conditions according to the Price Type, Application Type and Number of Products to be Applied.
Percent Discount
The products under the selected collection that meet the discount conditions are given a discount equal to the Percent Discount value according to Price Type and Application Type.
Free Shipping
The products under the selected collection that meet the discount conditions are shipped for free.
Coupons
Creating a Coupon
Steps to Follow: Omnitron > Sales Channels > Marketing > Coupons.
This is followed by clicking on Add a New Coupon.
Coupon Operations
Just as in Campaigns and Discount Codes, Coupons are created by entering the details of the coupon in the * Coupon Information page,

determining the coupon conditions in the Coupon Conditions page,

and determining the coupon actions in the Coupon Actions page.
Coupons differ from Campaigns and Discount Codes in that they are defined directly for the user. The user of the coupon can be selected from the User dropdown menu on the Coupon Information page.
As soon as the selected user signs in under the relevant brand, the defined coupon becomes
