The 'Offer Reject Reasons' page is specifically designed for Marketplace Owners, empowering them to access and administer a comprehensive list of reasons for rejecting offers and to create new ones as needed.
Go to the Seller Center and log in to your account.
Click on the Settings tab and select Offer Reject Reasons from the main navigation menu.
To add a new rejection reason to the list, simply click the +Add New Offer Reject Reason button.
The list of offer reject reasons you've created can be accessed on the Pending Offers page under the 'Offer List'. When reviewing pending offers, you can select a reject reason from the dropdown menu provided.
If you decide that a particular offer reject reason is no longer relevant or should not be displayed on the list, you can make it passive.
Navigate back to the Settings > Offer Reject Reasons page.
Click on the relevant reason that you wish to make passive. Toggle the switch to Passive and click Save.
