Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your Seller Center account by requiring not only your username and password but also a one-time password (OTP) for each login. This ensures that even if your login credentials are compromised, unauthorized access to your account is prevented.
Within the Seller Center, users can choose between two types of 2FA:
Email OTP – An OTP is sent directly to your registered email address.
Authenticator Apps – An OTP is generated through an authenticator application of your choice.
This document explains how to enable, use, and disable both verification methods, ensuring you can manage your account security according to your preferences.

Enable Email Verification by toggling the Mail Verification option located under the Change Password section.

A confirmation modal will appear. Click OK to proceed.

Another modal will open, prompting you to enter a one-time password sent to your registered email address. Enter the code and click Confirm. Your Email OTP will now be enabled.
