Report Types

In the Reports section, you’ll find three types of reports, each offering insight into different parts of the Omnitron-to-Marketplace integration flow:

1. Products Mismatches Between Omnitron - MP

Displays products that:

  • Exist in Omnitron but are missing in the Marketplace.

  • Exist in the Marketplace but are missing in Omnitron.

2. List of Products with Price Difference

Lists SKUs with previously detected price mismatches between Omnitron and the marketplace. Prices have been corrected automatically by the system.

3. List of Stock Difference

Displays SKUs with previously detected stock mismatches between Omnitron and the marketplace. These mismatches were also corrected automatically by the system.

Below, each report is explained in detail with its structure and usage.

1. Products Mismatches Between Omnitron - MP Report

This report helps identify synchronization issues between Omnitron and the Marketplace. It lists:

  • Products in Omnitron but not on the marketplace.

  • Products on the marketplace but not in Omnitron.

This is a critical tool for identifying data consistency problems and ensuring accurate product listings.

Report Table

The table provides a structured view with the following fields:

  • Execution ID – Reference to the sync operation.

  • Flow Name – Which integration flow (e.g., “Product Create”) caused the mismatch.

  • SKU – Product stock keeping unit.

  • Category – Product’s category.

  • Product Name – Name of the product.

  • Error Message – Explanation of the sync failure.

  • Missing From – Indicates whether the product is missing in Omnitron or the Marketplace.

  • Log File – Link to the detailed log for troubleshooting.

Missing From = Omnitron

The product is available in the Marketplace but missing in Omnitron.

Implications:

  • Omnitron cannot push stock or price updates for the product.

  • Orders for that product won’t be reflected in Omnitron.

What should you do?

  • If the product is no longer active, remove it from the marketplace.

  • If it is still being sold, add it to the Omnitron catalog immediately.

Why is this important?

  • Missing Omnitron records lead to lost orders and operational disruptions.

Missing From = Marketplace

The product is in Omnitron but not listed on the Marketplace.

Possible causes:

  • Product creation failed.

  • Incorrect or missing field mappings (e.g., category mismatches).

  • Required fields may be incomplete.

What should you do?

  • Check the product send logs.

  • Investigate mapping rules and required fields.

  • Re-initiate the product send if needed.

Why is this important?

  • Products that exist in Omnitron but are not listed on marketplaces lead to lost sales opportunities.

2. List of Products with Price Difference Report

The “List of Products with Price Difference” report is used to identify and track historical price discrepancies between Omnitron and the selected Marketplace. It helps users understand which products had inconsistent pricing across systems and confirms whether those mismatches were successfully resolved.

Although the report does not require manual action, it is a valuable resource for auditing, compliance, and operational transparency.

Report Table

The table lists products that previously had price differences between Omnitron and the Marketplace. Each row provides a SKU-based comparison.

Displayed columns typically include:

  • Execution ID – Reference to the sync attempt that detected the discrepancy.

  • SKU – The product's stock keeping unit.

  • Category – Product’s category.

  • Product Name – The name of the product.

  • Omnitron Price – The last known price of the product in Omnitron during the mismatch period.

  • MP Price – The corresponding price in the Marketplace.

  • Error Message – Explanation of the sync failure.

  • Log File Link to the detailed log for troubleshooting.

3. List of Stock Difference Report

The “List of Stock Difference” report highlights past stock discrepancies between Omnitron and the Marketplace. It presents a record of products where the stock levels did not match across systems and have since been resolved by automated tasks.

This report is crucial for monitoring catalog health and ensuring that such mismatches do not impact order management or stock accuracy.

Report Table

The table lists SKUs where stock values differed between Omnitron and the Marketplace during past executions.

Each row includes:

  • Execution ID – Reference to the sync attempt that detected the discrepancy.

  • SKU – The product's stock keeping unit.

  • Product Name – The name of the product.

  • Omnitron Stock – Quantity in Omnitron at the time of mismatch.
