Page Reload Issue for POS Integration Input Fields
Resolved the issue where users needed to reload the page to retrieve input fields in the Sales Channels > Payment Management > Add/Edit POS Integration page. The issue was caused by dynamically generated schema items connected to the "gateway" field not rendering properly.
Updated Request for Cancellation/Return Status Retrieval
On the Order > Order Details page, the system has been updated to retrieve the status of individual order items instead of the cancellation request status. This change ensures that users are provided with more accurate and relevant information about the current state of each item in the order.
Fixed Data Source Discount Sharing Rate Field Issue
Resolved an issue where the Data Source Discount Sharing Rate field in the Campaign Condition section of Sales Channels > Marketing > Campaigns was incorrectly displayed as a string, causing complications during checkout. This field will now appear correctly in the “kwargs” only when an existing value is removed or a new value is added, ensuring accurate data handling.
Name Column in Easy Return Shipping Options
A new Name Column has been added to the list table in Sales Channels > Sales Channel Settings > Easy Return Shipping Options page.
Bulk Add/Delete Functions for Category-Based Commission
New bulk add and delete functionalities have been introduced to the Unified Network > Unified Digital Contracts > Add/Edit Unified Digital Contract > Detail > Category Based Commission page.
Bulk Add: To add multiple category-based commissions at once, users can now select the "bulk" option from the radio buttons. After choosing the relevant categories, simply input the desired commission rate and maturity period, then click "Save". This action will apply the specified commission settings to all selected categories.
Bulk Delete: For bulk deletion, select the categories to remove by checking the boxes next to the relevant items. Then, open the action dropdown menu, choose "Delete Selected Rules", and click "Apply" to remove the selected commissions.
Reduce Weight/Replace Product Feature on Order Details Page
A new Reduce Weight/Replace Product feature has been added to the Orders > Order Detail > Products table, providing users with flexibility in managing order items.
Replace Product: Users can now replace an existing order item with a different product by updating its SKU directly within the Products Table.
Reduce Weight: Additionally, when the shipping weight (grammage) of an order item needs to be adjusted, users can now reduce the weight accordingly.
After making these changes, it is important to finalize the order by clicking the "Complete Provision" button. This step ensures that the modifications are captured and the payment process can proceed smoothly.
Enhanced Filtering and Export Functionality on Customers and Users Pages
The Customers and Sales Channels > Users pages have been upgraded to include advanced filtering options. Users can now export filtered data, making it easier to generate targeted reports.
Additionally, copy icons have been added to streamline the filtering process, allowing users to quickly duplicate filter criteria without manual re-entry.
Multiple Store Selection for Store Employees
A new feature allows assigning staff members to multiple stores in Sales Channels > Store Management > Store Employees.
Auto-Deactivation of Non-Web Channels With No Orders for Over a Year
Channels that are not categorized as "web" channel_type and have not received any orders in over a year (filtered by date_placed
) will now be automatically deactivated.
Manual Control of Bag Product Quantity
Users can manually control and adjust the quantity of bag products in their basket, enabling them to increase or decrease the number of bags based on the volume of items.
To enable this feature, the DELIVERY_BAGS_CONF
dynamic setting must be configured. (Please note that bag products cannot be purchased independently and must be added as part of other product purchases.)
Multicancellation Feature Added
The multicancellation feature from Omnitron has been integrated into OMS, allowing users to initiate a new cancellation request while another is in progress. Packages in the cancellation_waiting
state can now be processed without impacting their current status, enabling more flexible and simultaneous management of cancellation requests.
AWB Number Filter Added to Transfer Orders Page
Users can now access the AWB Number filter on the Transfer Orders page via OMS > Transfer Orders. Allows users to filter transfer orders by AWB number more quickly and efficiently.
New Cargo Condition for C&C Packages
A new condition has been added to ensure that Click & Collect orders sent to another store are dispatched using the selected cargo company. Users can access this feature via OMS > OMS Settings > Shipping Management > Edit Shipping Company by entering the Cargo Company ID. Enables users to specify cargo companies for shipments, ensuring more tailored delivery options.
Instore Guest Checkout
Instore purchases can now proceed to the checkout step without registration through the guest checkout option. Users can enter contact details, including an optional phone number and email. This enhancement streamlines the checkout process by allowing purchases without account registration while still collecting essential contact information.
Ability to Cancel a Package During Packing Process
Users can now mark a package by using the Prepare Package button for cancellation during the packing process on the Package Order Detail page. Marked items will be recorded as out of stock, and barcode-scanned items will be updated using the OMS > PREPARE_PACKAGE_COMMAND. This feature provides greater flexibility and control over stock management during the packaging process.
Flow Trigger CSV Notification
Resolved the issue where the Flow Trigger CSV notification would disappear too quickly, enhancing visibility for users.
Version Popup Save Button
Fixed the issue where the save button in the Version popup was improperly activated, even when fields were empty or contained only characters. Now, the button is only enabled when valid input is provided.
Breadcrumb Navigation
Pages in the breadcrumb can now be opened in a new tab for improved navigation.
Log Data Optimization
Optimized loading time for fetching large log data in the Projects > Log table, reducing delays.
Amazon Marketplace Integration
We are excited to announce the completion of the Amazon marketplace integration. Users who complete the setup will have access to the same comprehensive dashboard, logs, reports, and alerts they are accustomed to from other marketplaces.
Fixed Save Seller Information Button
Previously, the "Save" button in Finance > Seller Management > Seller Information was not functioning, preventing users from saving changes. This issue has now been resolved, ensuring the button works correctly during data entry.
Error Notifications for Offer Approvals
The issue with error notifications during offer approval and rejection processes has been resolved. A new notification system now alerts users to any errors encountered, enhancing the user experience by providing immediate feedback and facilitating quicker resolutions.
Bulk SKU and Category-Based Commission Entry via Excel
In Finance > Account/Seller Management, users can now perform bulk product based commission entries using Excel. This new feature allows for more efficient management of commissions, enabling users to upload and update multiple entries at once, streamlining the overall process and reducing manual effort.
Added Seller Edit Authority Option
An "Allow Manual Entry" checkbox for "Seller Edit Authority" has been added in MPO Delivery Settings > Shipping Company Detail Form, enabling sellers to edit the calculator field in the delivery settings detail form.
Added Omnitron Sync Button for MPOs
A new filter-enabled Omnitron synchronization button has been introduced in the Marketplace Catalog to enhance inventory management for MPOs. This feature allows simple products that exist in Omnitron but not in Seller Center to be added to the Marketplace Catalog.
Marketplace Catalog Page Enhancements
A landing page has been created to accelerate the product upload process for users. While individual product searches within the Marketplace Catalog via the search bar can still be performed, shortcuts for bulk product addition and catalog searches have now been consolidated into a single page. Additionally, users can access the product pool page, where a drawer opens to download the product search template and upload Excel files for filtering.
Addition of "Product Permissions" Stepper
A new "Product Permissions" stepper has been added alongside the Category Permissions stepper on the Finance > Seller Management > Seller Detail page, allowing MPOs to impose restrictions on the products that sellers can offer.
The left table titled "Products Available for Sale" displays all products from the marketplace catalog, while the right table, "Restricted Products," lists SKUs that cannot be offered.
New Agreements Page
In Finance > Agreements, marketplace owners can now manage contracts with sellers. This feature allows owners to add contracts using a multi-select dropdown for seller selection, a date picker for validity, and attachment uploads with descriptions. Sellers can view and approve documents from the Finance > Account Management > Account Management Detail > Documents page, which displays document details and status, along with an approval button and visual cues for any unapproved documents.
Searchable Variant Feature
Added a searchable feature to the Add Single Product > Variants step. This enhancement allows users to easily search for specific products and variants, streamlining the addition process and improving overall efficiency when managing inventory.
New Locations Page
Added a new Locations page where users can enter and manage location details. By default, a location is assigned to an order based on its priority value, but users can later change the location for packages in the "Waiting for Shipment" status.
BIN Management Page
In the Admin Dashboard, a BIN Management page has been developed for managing the BINs stored in the Akifast database. Through this page, users can perform listing, adding, deleting, and updating BINs.
Order ID Links to Payment Session Detail Page
In the Admin Dashboard, clicking on the Order ID in the Review page now redirects users to the Payment Session Detail page for easier navigation and detailed insights.
Mobile - Multi-Basket Improvements
Users can now manage multiple baskets simultaneously, enhancing their shopping experience. The improvements include:
Users can create and maintain more than one basket at the same time.
Users can easily select any of their active baskets to proceed to checkout.
Paywall Payment Integration
The development of Paywall Payment Integration has been completed. This integration is available for any brand. Omnitron users should configure the Sales Channels > Payment Management > Pos Integration and Sales Channels > Payment Management > Payment Option pages according to the Installation document.
Moka Payment Integration
The development of Moka Payment Integration has been completed. This integration is available for any brand. Fero AI Shipment Extension
The Fero AI Shipment Extension is now available for all brands after deployment. Users should navigate to Sales Channels > Sales Channels Settings > Dynamic Settings > Shipping Providers and follow the configuration steps detailed in the Installation document.
