Omnitron

New Features

Search Function for Category Tree

  • Category Trees can now be searched on both Products and Catalogs > Category Tree and Sales Channels > Category Management pages. This feature allows users to quickly locate categories.

Enhancements

Category Dropdown Filter to Tree Select

  • The "Category" dropdown filter on the Products and Catalogs > Category Tree and Sales Channels > Category Management pages has been updated to a tree-select. This improvement provides a clearer and more organized category selection experience.

Payment Type Slug Values in Order List

  • Slug values for “Payment Types” are now visible on the Orders > Order List page. This enhancement helps users identify payment types more easily by displaying concise slug values.

Created and Modified Date Filters

  • “Created Date” and “Modified Date” filters and columns have been added to the Products and Catalogs > Product Pool, Price List, Stock List pages. These filters enable users to quickly find and analyze data based on specific dates.

Control to Prevent Attribute Conversion to Variant

  • A validation has been added to prevent an attribute from being converted from "is_variant": false to "is_variant": true unless there are suitable meta products and the attribute values for the relevant products are valid. This ensures correct data management and prevents incorrect conversions.

Commerce

New Features

Birthday-Based Campaign Condition Added

  • A new campaign condition has been introduced that allows merchants to create promotions specifically for users celebrating their birthdays. This condition checks whether the current date matches the user's birthday by referencing the date_of_birth field in their profile. If the condition is met, the user becomes eligible for birthday-specific discounts, rewards, or special offers.

Enhanced Filtering for Listing Specific Conversations API

  • The GET Listing Specific Conversations API (/users/conversations/) has been enhanced with the addition of new filters for more precise querying. The following filters have been added:

    • user__first_name

    • user__last_name

    • order_number

OMS

Enhancements

JSON Viewer Update

  • A modification has been made to display JSON in OMS pages' “Response Content” using the JSON Viewer package. Users can now access this feature via Akinon OMS > Logs > Audit Events > Transfer Orders > Transfer Detail > Transfer Webhook and Undelivered Webhook details.

Added Order Status Filter

  • An “Order Status” filter has been added to the Orders page. This allows users to filter orders based on their current status, enabling faster sorting and providing an efficient way to view orders that have not been packaged or canceled yet.

Sorting Added to Target Exit Date Column

  • The “Target Exit Date” column in the Packing Orders page now supports sorting. Users can easily sort the list by date for improved review and analysis.

Target URL Tooltip and Copy Feature Added in Webhook & Transfer Webhook List Page

  • A new tooltip and copy feature have been added to the “Target URL” field in the Webhook list page. Users can now quickly find and copy the correct URL from the list without having to navigate to the detail page. Access this feature via OMS Settings > Webhooks and Transfer Detail pages.

Event Type Filter Added to Webhook Listing Page

  • An “Event Type” filter has been added to the Webhook Listing page. This allows users to filter webhooks based on event type, making it easier to track and manage them according to their respective event categories. Users can access this feature from OMS Settings > Webhooks list.

Sorting Added to Date Columns on Webhook Listing Page

  • Sorting functionality has been added to the “Creation Date” and “Updated Date” columns on the Webhook Listing page. Users can now sort webhooks by these date fields, displaying them in chronological order for easier tracking of actions and changes. Access this feature from OMS Settings > Webhooks list.

Webhook ID Column and Target URL Enhancements

  • A Webhook ID column has been added to the Webhook List on the Package Detail page. Additionally, a “tooltip” and “copy” button have been added to the Target URL field for easier access and copying. These improvements make it easier to identify webhook IDs and quickly copy target URLs. Users can access this feature by navigating to Packaging Order Details > Webhooks List of Package.

Channel ID Column Added to Sales Channels Page

  • A channel “ID” column has been added to the Sales Channels page for easier identification of channels. This update allows users to quickly view and identify the unique ID of each sales channel, improving data management and efficiency. Users can access this feature from OMS Settings > Sales Channels list.

New Status Added for “Update Invoice of the Package” Command

  • The attempted_delivery status has been added to OMS as the status corresponding to the “Update Invoice of the Package” command from the extension. This update allows for better tracking and management of package statuses by incorporating the attempted delivery status, improving the overall invoicing and delivery process.

Instore

New Features

“Change Sales Consultant" Option Visibility Update

  • When Instore staff log in using Azure Login, the "Change Sales Consultant" option will no longer be visible unless they log out first. This change enhances security and streamlines the user experience by preventing unauthorized changes to the sales consultant during the session after logging in with Azure.

Enhancements

Accept Packaging Status Added to Instore

  • The ACCEPT_PACKAGING command has been added to Instore, allowing a package in the “waiting” status to be moved to the “accepted” status. This command serves as an intermediate status between “waiting” and “preparing”. It can be used to indicate that checks for orders received by the store have been completed before the packaging process begins. This feature provides brands with the flexibility to ensure proper checks are done on orders before packaging, improving workflow and control. It will be available for brands upon request.

Local and International Fulfillment Labels Added for Basket Items

  • “Local” and “International” fulfillment labels have been added for items in the basket. This update allows for easier identification of whether the products in the basket are local or international, improving the management of shipping and order processing.

Order Item Cancellation Restriction

  • If an order item has started its shipment process through a transfer, cancellation will not be allowed. Based on information from Omnitron services, if the order item has an “in transit” or “ready to shipment” status, cancellation will be blocked. This feature prevents the accidental cancellation of orders that have already begun the shipping process, ensuring smoother and more accurate management of order statuses.

Integrator

Enhancements

Enhanced Log Query for File Names

  • In flows using pagination, the execution ID in the results after a line-based search corresponds to the filename_uuid of the main log. To improve search accuracy, the log query screen now searches for execution IDs in both original_filename_uuid and filename_uuid when querying by execution ID.

Omnitron Login Support in GenericProxy Flows

  • By default, omnitron-login is not processed in GenericProxy flows. However, in certain flows, Omnitron token information may be required in addition to ERP login details. To accommodate this need, an improvement has been made to enable Omnitron login within GenericProxy flows when necessary. A new "Enable Omnitron Login" setting, selectable via a Yes/No checkbox, has been introduced in the GenericProxy flow.

Full-Screen Mode for Script-Based Flows

  • Full-screen mode has been added to all flows containing scripts, enhancing the user experience by providing a more spacious and focused view.

Marketplace Dashboard

Resolved Issues

Trendyol - Order Creation Fix

  • A type mismatch error occurred when ID values were entered as strings in the exclude_send_shipping_info list. To resolve this, the ID values have been set to integers, and the control mechanism has been updated. Additionally, checks have been conducted across all marketplaces to ensure no similar issues exist.

Enhancements

Amazon - FBA Compatibility Improvements

  • For brands using the Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) model, products are now shipped by Amazon on behalf of the brand, with Amazon acting as the sender. With recent improvement, changes have been made to the Amazon Sales Channels, ensuring compatibility with the FBA model.

Trendyol - Base URL Update

All Marketplaces

  • In Send Price flows, line codes will now be sent as failures for errors occurring before and after the price sending process, enhancing error tracking and response handling.

  • A new content_type parameter has been added in integration action GET requests across all marketplaces. This improvement ensures smoother, faster responses and eliminates potential stuttering in integration actions.

  • Errors from relevant marketplaces in the Report > List of Products Not Reflected in Sales are now displayed in the “Log Files” column of the CSV file. To activate this feature, the MPD team must be contacted for the desired brand.

Menu Edits

  • The "Monitoring" cardbox has been removed from the platform's menu. Logs and reports previously under this cardbox have been relocated and are now accessible under separate cardboxes.

System Improvements

Amazon - LWA Token Renewal

  • The LWA Token for certain brands has been renewed due to expiration. This ensures uninterrupted functionality for Amazon integrations.

Seller Center

Resolved Issues

Documented Notifications Marked as Read Issue

  • Resolved an issue where notifications with attachments would reappear after being viewed. Now, they are correctly marked as read when the "View" button is clicked, and users receive a single push notification instead of multiple repeated alerts.

Rejected Offers Import Issue

  • An issue affecting the Rejected Offers page has been resolved. Previously, when an import was performed, the generated file contained no data. This issue has now been fixed, ensuring that the imported file correctly includes the necessary information.

New Features

Return Request Information on Order Detail Page

  • Two new columns, “Return Request Description” and “Return Request Image”, have been added to the Order Detail page for returned order items, providing easier access to refund-related information.

Order Refund Request Rejection

  • The order refund request rejection pop-up in Order > Order Detail has been improved to provide a smoother and more efficient user experience, allowing for quicker processing and better clarity in handling rejected refund requests.

Akifast

New Features

New Mobile App Launch on the App Store

  • We are excited to announce that the Akifast mobile app is now available on the App Store for Apple users.

Sipay Payment Gateway Integration

  • The integration of the Sipay payment system has been successfully completed. Merchants can now utilize Sipay as a payment gateway by configuring the POS settings.

Enhancements

Updated Contract URLs on Akifast.com Landing Page

  • The contract URLs on the landing page of Akifast.com have been updated.

Added "Pos Code" Column to POS Management Page

  • A new "Pos Code" column has been added to the POS Management page in Merchant Back Office, where merchant POS systems are listed.

App Maker

Platform Enhancements

Upgrade Helper

  • The “Upgrade Helper” is a new tool designed to assist developers in upgrading their App Maker projects to newer versions. Since changelogs in Dashboard updates may introduce breaking changes, upgrading manually can be a complex and error-prone process. The Upgrade Helper simplifies this by providing a side-by-side comparison of the changes required between two versions.

CodePush Metrics

  • New metrics related to CodePush are now available on the detail page of code pushes, offering valuable insights into the update rollout and user adoption:

    • Rollout: Indicates the percentage of users eligible to receive the update.

    • Rollback: The number of times the release has been automatically rolled back on the client.

    • Downloads: Displays the number of times the update has been downloaded but not yet installed.

    • Installs: Represents the number of successful installs of the release that are currently active.

    • Total: Shows the total number of successful installations of the update.

CodePush Editing

  • CodePush now supports editing settings related to the deployment of updates. Developers can edit the following settings for each release:

    • Enabled & Disabled: This setting controls whether the update is available for deployment. By default, updates are enabled. Disabling the setting prevents an update from being deployed, for instance, if there’s a bug in the code or the update isn’t ready for release yet.

    • Required Update: Developers now have the ability to mark updates as mandatory or not. This setting can be toggled to suit the deployment strategy.

In response to Trendyol's changes, the base URL used for API calls has been updated. The previous URL " is now replaced with " for all brands.
