Omnitron Webhook Screens
A new Webhook Management interface has been introduced in Omnitron, allowing users to efficiently monitor and manage webhooks. This update enhances visibility into webhook activities and simplifies rule configuration and viewing the log statuses.
Webhook Listing: Users can now view all registered webhooks within Omnitron.
Log/Event Viewing: Detailed logs for each webhook are accessible, providing insights into their execution history.
New Modified Date Filter
A new "Modified Date" filter has been added to the Stocks page in Whippy Ware, allowing users to filter stocks based on their last modification date. This enhancement improves stock management by enabling users to quickly locate and track recently updated items.
Dynamic Structure for District Field
An enhancement has been implemented where the district field will no longer be mandatory, but a dynamic structure will be used. If a district is provided, it will be sent. For countries where the district is not applicable, the district field will not be sent.
"Show Package Document" Link Added to Transfer Detail Page
A "Show Package Document" link has been added to the Akinon OMS > Transfer Orders > Transfer Detail page, allowing users to easily access the package document related to the transfer order.
New Fields Added to "Ship The Package Advanced" Form
Two new fields have been added to the "Ship The Package Advanced" form on the Package Orders > Package Details page, with names configured to match those in Instore. These additions provide a more consistent experience across platforms. Additionally, when switching to “Manual Shipping” via the “Shipping Company” toggle, the form fields will dynamically update to reflect the new shipping method fields.
New “Segment” Filter for ERP Segment Brands
A new “Segment" filter has been added to help users filter orders based on ERP segment values. This filter, available on the Akinon OMS > Orders page, enables more precise segmentation and easier filtering of orders according to the ERP segment.
New Filters Added to Undelivered Webhook Page
New filters have been added to the Undelivered Webhook page, including Webhook, Event Type, Target URL, and Status. OMS users can access these filters through the Akinon OMS > Settings > Undelivered Webhooks page, allowing for more precise searching and efficient management of undelivered webhooks.
Column Reorganization in Packing and Transfer Orders Pages
The columns on the Packing Orders and Transfer Orders pages have been reorganized to enhance the user experience. Frequently used columns are now positioned at the top for quicker access and improved navigation.
Default Filters "ERP Code" and "Active" Enabled in Locations Page
On the Akinon OMS > Locations page, the "ERP Code" and "Active" filters will now be enabled by default, providing users with a more streamlined filtering experience.
New "Show Stock Location Type" Setting in Configuration
A new "Show Stock Location Type" setting has been added in the Settings > Configuration section. This update allows users to view the stock location of an order item on the Order Refund/Cancel Acceptance page. Additionally, a tooltip now appears for order items that are in stock, indicating that cancellation is not possible. The availability of this feature in Instore can be configured based on specific needs.
Enhanced Account Page with Loyalty Details
Upon logging into their account, customers will now find more detailed information about their loyalty points on the Account page. This includes the Member ID, Membership Status, and Loyalty Tier level, offering improved tracking and management of the customer's loyalty program.
Flow Performances Dashboard Log Improvements
The Flow Performance Page has been enhanced to allow users to view the performance of the last 10 integration flows in a more user-friendly manner. This improvement is based on predefined performance criteria, making it easier to track flow performance.
Enhanced Version Tracking with New Version Code
A unique "Version Code" is now created after any changes made by the user, which is displayed in the left column of the Versions table. This update improves version tracking and helps ensure more precise communication, reducing confusion by clearly identifying specific versions.

The Split Packages Flow has been added to align with the recent service updates from N11 Marketplace.

When pulling Amazon categories and attributes into the common database, mandatory attributes are now filled with dummy data to prevent them from being left empty.
Walmart Marketplace
The flow has been updated to work without errors, whether category attributes are updated with a ZIP file or not, in line with the latest developments from Walmart.
Trendyol Marketplace
The GetOrders
file log has been removed, and the PackageCreateDateCheck
file log has been reorganized to be logged as GetOrders
. This change improves log management, making it more consistent and easier to understand.
Seller Center Marketplace
The shipping fees for orders provided by Seller Center have been successfully transferred to Omnitron.
All Marketplaces
During the SendUpdateOrders
tasks, error contents for all received 400 errors will now be logged in the error logs for better tracking and troubleshooting.
When querying city information in the Order Flow GetOrders
tasks, the country information has been added to the query string. This update eliminates confusion in city mapping for different countries that have cities with the same name in micro export orders.
Multiple Tab Token Refresh Issue
Resolved an issue where performing a token refresh with two separate tabs open would cause only one tab to remain active, while the other tabs redirected the user to the login screen. Now, when a token refresh occurs with multiple tabs open, all tabs remain active, ensuring the user stays logged in across all tabs without being redirected to the login screen.
Bulk Update Error Message & Check Logs Notification Fixes
Fixed an issue in the "Approved Offers" section where an error message appeared when the button was pressed without uploading a file during bulk updates. The message now disappears correctly once a file is uploaded and removed. Additionally, resolved the issue where the notification remained open after clicking the "Check Logs" button. The notification can now be closed as expected.
Shipped Orders Return Process Enhancement
Users can now initiate returns for orders marked as "Shipped" when delivery fails due to shipping issues, with the new "Delivery Failed" action. To enable this, the OMNITRON_FAILED_CANCELLATION_REASON_ID
setting must be configured in the ACC, and sellers must specify the return reason. This simplifies the return process for undelivered orders.
Pre-offer Resolution Enhancement
Improved the preoffer resolution feature by adding a checkbox option, allowing users to resolve specific offers individually. This enhancement provides greater flexibility for managing offers during the resolution process.
"Delivery Failed" Action for Shipped Orders
A new "Delivery Failed" action has been added to the Order Detail page for orders in the "Shipped" status. This allows sellers to easily cancel the order before packaging, streamlining the process and ensuring a smooth cancellation experience. The action will be visible for all "Shipped" orders.
Enhanced Search and Tagging Features
The search experience has been improved to allow previously searched products to appear alongside new search results when logging in again, making it easier to add both to your catalog. Additionally, when searching for a specific SKU (e.g., "TDS1829001"), only products matching that SKU will be displayed. Tags such as "tsd4000" and "jacket" will now appear together in search results, offering a more streamlined and organized browsing experience.
BIN-Based Routing
A new BIN-based routing feature allows merchants to configure payment processing based on the customer's selected BIN (Bank Identification Number). It enables setting installment options, selecting the appropriate virtual POS for the card associated with the BIN, and adjusting installment rates and bank commission fees to optimize transaction management.
3D or Non-3D Processing on Virtual POS
The 3D Router now allows transactions to be processed as either 3D or non-3D based on the selected virtual POS, ensuring compliance with security requirements and optimizing transaction flow.
New “Approved” Option Added to Store Status Filter
A new "Approved" option has been added to the “Store Status” filter on the Deployments page, allowing users to filter stores that are both "Live" (which is already an approved status) and "Approved".
