The Account Management page serves as the hub for Sellers to access and oversee their respective information. The information they can modify from this tab are as follows:

  • General Information: They can view and modify general information of their account through this page.

  • Documents & Agreements: They can view and upload required documents for their own Seller account through this page.

  • Commissions: They can view the commissions set by MPO through this page.

  1. Click on Finance > Account Management from the navigation portal.

  1. To access the Seller-specific general information click on the General Information box.

Sellers can modify the following fields based on their general information:

  • Title: The title or designation of the company's profile.

  • Company Name: The official name of the company ("Köknar" in this case).

  • Seller Code: A unique code assigned to the seller (4324 in this example).

  • Commission: The commission percentage or rate (0 in this instance).

  • Company Address: The physical address of the company.

  • Tax ID Number: A tax ID number is a government-issued identification number for a specific company or seller.

  • Tax Association: The tax association or authority to which the company is registered.

  • IBAN: The International Bank Account Number for financial transactions.

  • Authorized Phone Number: The authorized representative's contact phone number.

  • Authorized Fax Number: The authorized representative's fax number.

  • Authorized E-mail Address: The email address of the authorized person.

  • Registered Email Address (KEP): The registered email address in the Central Registration System.

  • Central Registration System No: The unique registration number in the Central Registration System.

  • Integration URL: Enables Sellers to publish their own products through integration.

  • Offers Restricted to Seller: If the option is chosen, any offers wants to be made in the Seller Center will need additional approval by the Seller.

  • Holiday Mode: This action will deactivate your active product offers and restrict updates allowing Sellers to deactivate any upcoming order requests to fulfil when it is active.

  1. Click on the Save button to save your desired changes.

  1. To access the documents click on the Documents and Agreements box. From this page Sellers can manage the following document types:

  • Company Form: Related to the company's official form, likely containing essential details about the business's structure, ownership, and registration.

  • Marketplace Contract: The Marketplace Contract is an agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of your business's participation in the marketplace.

  • Signature Circular: This document might pertain to a legally binding circular or document that contains important signatures or approvals.

  • Tax Certificate: A certificate that provides proof of the company's tax compliance or registration.

  • Activity Certificate: The Activity Certificate is a document verifying the business's operational activities or registration status.

  • Commercial Registry Gazette: Related to the commercial registration of the company. It may contain information about changes, updates, or official records.

  • Agreements: Allows Seller to view the agreement between the Seller and Marketplace. This part is not configurable for the Seller.

  1. From the Agreements box, you can view the agreements and their description set by the MPO and give consent to them. Just view the Agreements box next to the Documents part. If you click on the box indicated with green borders an automatic upload of the given document will begin. You can view different agreements by using the pagination option on the bottom of the page and accept them by clicking on the Accept button below as needed. Once you accept the given agreement your consent date and information will be given and MPO will be notified.

  1. To access the commissions as a Seller click on the Commissions box. As a Seller you can only view (these fields are only configurable as an MPO) the commissions as a Product based Commission, Category Based Commissions and Category Based Rebate by just clicking on the tabs above.
