and Omnitron BE versions later than r3170

Resolved Issues
Resolved Locale-Based Filter Issue in Dynamic Collections
Fixed an issue where changing the locale, removing a localizable filter value, and then attempting to filter with the new locale caused incorrect language behavior on the Add/Edit Collection form under Products and Catalogs > Collections > Dynamic Collections.
Fixed Incorrect Display of Unified Icon in Order Detail Form
Resolved an issue where the Unified icon was incorrectly shown for order items that did not belong to suppliers. The icon will now only appear for supplier-linked products in the Orders > Order Detail Form.
Resolved Search Target Attribute Values Issue on Mapper Form
Previously, the search functionality in Sales Channels > Sales Channel Settings > Marketplace Mapping > Mapper > Detail Form only returned results from pages the user had already browsed. This issue has been resolved, and the search now retrieves all target attribute values across all pages.
New Features
Added Application Permission Settings Page
A new page has been added under Settings > Application Permission Settings, allowing users to define application-based permissions. This menu is visible only to users who have access to Settings > General Permission. On this page, users can define:
Application: The application linked to the relevant Omnitron instance.
Name: The name of the new application permission.
Service: The endpoint path of the permission. If the API includes
api/v1/{service_name}/
, only {service_name} should be entered.
Once the Application, Name, and Service are provided, all related CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) permissions will be automatically generated. These permissions will appear under Settings > General Authority Groups > Detail Form.
Enhancements
Enabled Pagination on Mapper Form
Users can now select the relevant page they want to control, add or remove attribute value mappings on Sales Channels > Sales Channel Settings > Marketplace Mapping > Mapper > Detail Form.
Enabled Multi-Category Selection in Category Tree & Marketplace Attribute Pages

Products and Catalogs > Catalogs > Category Tree
Products and Catalogs > Catalogs > Catalog Control
Sales Channels > Category Management
Sales Channels > Marketplace Mapping > Marketplace Attributes
Sales Channels > Marketplace Mapping > Marketplace Attribute Values
Supplier Input Adjustment on Basket Offer Detail Forms
On the Campaigns, Coupons, Bulk Coupons, and Discount Code Condition forms under Sales Channels > Marketing, the Supplier input field will now only be displayed if there are Suppliers/Sellers associated with the Omnitron. This ensures a cleaner interface when no supplier data is relevant.
Added Search Action on General Authority Groups Detail Form
Users can now search the Frontend Permissions on Settings > General Authority Groups > Add / Edit General Authority Group Form.
Added Notes and Gift Box Note Columns to Order Exports
The Notes and Gift Note columns have been added to both the Orders > Order List page and the Excel export files. Users can now view these columns directly in the Omnitron interface as well as in exported .xls and .csv documents.

Resolved Issues
Chronological Sorting Fix for Order Messages in Seller Center
In the Seller Center, messages exchanged between users and brands were not appearing in proper chronological order within the order message detail screen. Messages are now sorted by the created_date in descending order, displaying the latest messages first.
Enhancements
extra_field
Now Populated for Bank Transfer Payments
Previously, when customers placed In‑Store orders using the Bank Transfer payment method, the
extra_field
in the order's payment data was returned as an empty object. In contrast, Credit Card payments included a populatedextra_field
withinstore_data
, such as staff and store details. The issue has been resolved. Now, both Bank Transfer and Credit Card payments consistently return theextra_field.instore_data
, ensuring parity between payment methods.
Before (Bank Transfer):
Now (Bank Transfer):
Credit Card Example:
Basket-Based Currency Detection for Pre-Orders
Previously, the currency for a
pre_order
was derived from the request headers during order creation. This could lead to mismatches if the currency in the headers didn’t align with the items in the basket. Now, the currency is dynamically read from the first item in the basket, ensuring alignment between cart contents and the resulting order.
Ability to Remove Order Notes via OrderNotePage
A new enhancement has been introduced to the
OrderNotePage
endpoint, allowing users to remove previously added notes from their in-store orders. Users can now delete an existing note by simply sending the notes field with an empty value (notes=
) in aPOST
request to the following endpoint:
Email Verification Bypass Support for External Email Change Requests
A new development has been introduced to allow bypassing the email verification process when a user's email address is updated through an external system instead of directly via the Commerce. In such scenarios, the external system manages the email change process and sends its own confirmation email, making it unnecessary for the Commerce to send a duplicate verification email. To support this use case, a new API has been added. This API enables direct email updates without triggering the Commerce’s default email confirmation step. When the API is called, the provided email address is set as both verified and primary.
The API is as follows:
