How to Manage Marketplace Mapping in Omnitron?

This tutorial provides step-by-step instructions for managing Marketplace Mapping operations in Omnitron.
Get access to the Omnitron panel.
Enter your Username and Password, and then click the Sign In button.
Follow the Sales Channels sidebar and click on the Sales Channel Settings menu.
Click on the Marketplace Mapping cardbox to reach the Marketplace Mapping menu.
On the Marketplace Mapping menu,
Omnitron Attribute Values and Marketplace Attribute Values can be mapped on the Mapper page,
Defined Marketplace Mappings can be controlled product by product on the Mapping Control page,
Marketplace Attributes and Marketplace Attribute Values can be seen on Marketplace Attributes and Marketplace Attribute Values pages.
Clicking on the Marketplace Attributes cardbox on the Marketplace Mapping menu, the Marketplace Attributes page can be seen.
Users can;
view the Name of the Marketplace Attributes,
filter Marketplace Attributes with respect to Attribute Name and/ or Attribute Set values on the Marketplace Attributes page.
Clicking on the Marketplace Attribute Values cardbox on the Marketplace Mapping menu, the Marketplace Attribute Values page can be seen.
Users can;
view the Primary Key (PK), Attribute, Attribute Value’s Label, Attribute Value, Updated Date of the Marketplace Attribute Values.
Primary Key: ID of the relevant attribute value, has to be unique.
Attribute: Attribute that the relevant attribute value depends on.
Attribute Value’s Label: Label of the attribute value. For example, there can be an attribute value with a label of “White” and a value of “0001”. In other words the Name of the attribute value.
Attribute Value: Attribute Value identifier, has to be unique.
filter Marketplace Attribute Values with respect to Attribute Label, Attribute, and/ or Attribute Set values on the Marketplace Attribute Values page.
Clicking on the Mapper cardbox on the Marketplace Mapping menu, the Mapper page can be seen. Users have the option to view, filter, add/edit Mapping Rules for related marketplace.
A Mapping Rule can be described as the mapping between an Omnitron Attribute and a Marketplace Attribute.
Users can;
view the Mapping Rule Name, Creation Date, Update Start Date of Mapping Rules,
filter Mapping Rules with respect to Rule Set Name, Target Attribute, Target Attribute Set, Creation Date and Updated Date
Target = Marketplace, Source = Omnitron
add a New Mapping Rule,
edit an existing Mapping Rule,
delete one / multiple Mapping Rule(s) on the Mapper page.
Clicking on + Add New Attribute Mapping Rule button or clicking on the Edit icon on listed Mapping Rules, users can reach the Add/Edit Attribute Mapping Rule form.
Users can;
name the Mapping Rule,
select the Target Attribute,
select the relevant Mapping Method,
select a default value for mapping in case an error occurs for the mapping rule.
Target Attributes (Marketplace Attributes) can be filtered by clicking on the “Show only required target attributes” checkbox.
There are four different types of Mapping Methods available in Marketplace Mapping Rule Form:
Standard:
In which an Omnitron Attribute & Attribute Values are mapped directly with the Marketplace Attribute & Attribute Values.
This feature can be used only for Adding a New Mapping Rule.
Fixed Value:
In which a fixed attribute value can be given to selected Marketplace Attribute for all Marketplace Products.
Merge Fields:
In which multiple fixed values and / or Omnitron attributes can be concatenated and are mapped with the selected Marketplace Attribute.
Custom:
In which a JSON Type of configuration can be given for the mapping of Marketplace Attribute.
After the relevant Mapping Method and mapping configuration are filled out, by clicking on the Save button, a Mapping Rule can be created/edited.
By clicking on the Clear the Rule button, relevant Mapping Rule can be cleared. In other words, the mapping rule still exists, but without any configuration.
On the Mapper page, by selecting the listed Mapping Rules, the “Delete Selected Mapping Rule(s)” option and clicking on the Apply button, users can delete existing Mapping Rule(s).
Clicking on the Mapping Control cardbox on the Marketplace Mapping menu, the Mapping Control page can be seen.
Users can;
view the products that are in the Marketplace Catalog with respect to their all attributes, SKU, Base Code, Category, etc information,
filter the Marketplace-Catalog products with respect to all-product-attributes,
preview & Download the Marketplace Attributes and Marketplace Attribute Values for filtered products on the Mapping Control page.
After filtering the Marketplace-Catalog Products, clicking on the Show Mapping Result button opens the Mapping Control pop-up, in which the Marketplace Attributes and Marketplace Attributes can be seen and downloaded by the user.
