To create a flow in Integrator, follow these steps:
Log into Integrator and access your account. Then, navigate to the integration panel.
In the panel, locate Integration Flows and select it.
Click on the "+ New Flow" button.

Determine the flow type and integration type for the new flow.
Set up a schedule using Cron to specify at what time intervals the integration flow will run.
