How to Add Single Product in Seller Center?

An alternative way to add product offers is via the Add Single Product page. This feature is particularly useful for adding and updating singular product offers and its variants. Once the process is complete you can view the product offer in the Pending Offers page.

  1. Navigate to the Seller Center platform and log into your account.

  2. From the navigation menu on the left click on Products > Marketplace Catalog.

  1. Select Add Single Product option.

You can reach the same page through Offer Actions > Add Single Product page.

  1. On the Add Single Product page provide the Basic Product Information, which includes:

  • Product Name (Text): A specific product name for the product display

  • Base code (String): A specific Basecode designed to parent all variants and unique in the system.

  • Category (Object): Select the pre-defined category option for the selected product.

  • Offers Restricted to the Seller (Checkbox):This offer will be visible only to the seller and will not be viewable by the MPO as a pending offer. Consequently, this offer type will be classified as a draft.

  1. Upon selecting a category, the system will present product features and variant structures. The "Product Features" section will then display category-specific attributes for the seller to fill in. After defining these features, the seller can create product variations based on different options of the main product. For instance, if "size" is a t-shirt attribute, variants such as large, medium, and small can be created and added to the Seller Center System using the same Basecode.

  1. Subsequent to adding all relevant features and variants to the system click on Continue.

  2. A table will be opened listing all possible variants that are selected by the Seller. Sellers can modify the information on the variant basis through this table.

  1. You can take several bulk actions in the product summary page in addition to adding information from the table view. These are Add Bulk Price, Add Bulk Stock Options, Add Images to Selected Products,Edit Product Attributes.

Add Bulk Price Option

  1. Previously we navigated through the Add Single Product Page to Product Summary Table. To take an action to add bulk prices for the product we have to click the box above the table and Select Add Bulk Price option then click Apply.

  1. A pop-up opens and displays the following information about the product that Seller users can change;

  • Retail Price (number): The price information that Seller uses to understand at which value Seller buys or manufactures the product.

  • Sales Price (number): The price information of the product.

  • Currency (Enum): Seller can change the currency information.

  • VAT (decimal): Tax information that customers are subject to.

  1. In the wake of providing all or part of the required information we can either select Apply To All Variants or Apply To Selected Variants options. If the Apply To All Variants option is selected information related to all variants of the parent product will be changed accordingly. If the Apply To Selected Variants option has been chosen then information for the selected variants will be changed.

  2. Click Save button to save your desired changes.

Add Bulk Stock Option

  1. Previously we navigated through the Add Single Product Page to Product Summary Table. To take an action to add bulk prices for the product we have to click the box above the table and Select Add Bulk Stock Amount option then click Apply.

  1. A pop-up opens and displays the following information about the product that Seller users can change;

  • Stock (Integer): Amount of stock a Seller holds in the warehouse for that product.

  1. In the wake of providing all or part of the required information we can either select Apply To All Variants or Apply To Selected Variants options. If the Apply To All Variants option is selected information related to all variants of the parent product will be changed accordingly. If the Apply To Selected Variants option has been chosen then information for the selected variants will be changed.

  2. Click the Save button to save your desired changes.

Add Images to Selected Products

  1. Previously, the navigation went from the Add Single Product Page to the Product Summary Table. To add product images for the variants, click the checkbox above the table, select the Add Images to Selected Products option, and then click Apply.

  1. A pop-up opens and displays the following information about the product that Seller users can change the images of different or all variants. You can upload different images for different variants from this pop-up as well.

  1. After providing all or part of the required information, either the Apply to All Variants or Apply to Selected Variants option can be selected. If Apply to All Variants is chosen, the information related to all variants of the parent product will be updated accordingly. If Apply to Selected Variants is chosen, only the selected variants will be updated.

  2. Click the Save button to save your desired changes.

Edit Product Attributes

  1. Previously, the navigation went from the Add Single Product Page to the Product Summary Table. To add product images for the variants, click the checkbox above the table, select the Edit Product Attributes option, and then click Apply.

  1. A pop-up opens and displays the following information about the product that Seller users can change the attributes of different or all variants. This selection of attributes comes from the category selection part and is adjustable based on variants.

  1. After providing all or part of the required information, either the Apply to All Variants or Apply to Selected Variants option can be selected. If Apply to All Variants is chosen, the information for all variants of the parent product will be updated accordingly. If Apply to Selected Variants is chosen, only the selected variants will be updated.

  2. Click the Save button to save your desired changes.


  1. Add Product Description part below. Product offers without any Product description will be rejected automatically.

  1. Click the Submit For Approval button to save your desired changes.

  1. You will be directed to the Pending Offers page where you can see your pending offers. If you checked Offers Restricted to the Seller checkbox before the offers status will be listed as Waiting For Your Approval if not it will be listed as Waiting For Approval.
