How to Use Bulk Actions in Seller Center?

An alternative way to add product offers is via the Bulk Actions page. This feature is particularly useful for adding and updating multiple product offers simultaneously. Two different actions can be taken from this page; Add Bulk Offer and Download Attribute Values.

Add Bulk Offer

  1. Navigate to Bulk Actions > Add Bulk Offer page.

You can also view Bulk Actions page via Products > Marketplace Catalog > Add Bulk Product.

  1. Two options are visible you can either select Add Bulk Offer or Download Attributes option. To Add Bulk Offer we have to continue from the Add Bulk Offer page.

  1. Select the appropriate category that matches the products you want to offer from category tree selection.

You have to select a Category to download the template.

  1. Next, click on the XLSX icon. A pop-up will appear, initiating the process of sending the template directly to your designated email address.

  2. A mail will be sent to your registered email. Click Download on the email and you will be directed to the Seller Center system download page.

  1. Your template will start to get downloaded. If not you can trigger the action again by click here button.

The template you receive contains essential information necessary for creating your offers. Variants and mandatory attributes can vary for each category. When you click the XLSX button, the downloaded file will include the attribute configuration specific to the chosen category. To ensure completeness and accuracy, mandatory fields are highlighted in red within the template. Dropdown attribute values are conveniently presented in a locked tab on the template for easy reference. The template includes the following information:

  1. Basic Product Information: This section encompasses details such as;

  • SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) (String): A specific SKU for the related product that will be the identifier for the product.

  • Base code (String): A specific Basecode designed to parent all variants and unique in the system.

  • Offer name (Text): Products name that will be displayed.

  • Seller Barcode (String): A specific barcode information that a Seller will have for this product.

  • Seller Description (Text): Description of the product that will be displayed on the marketplace.

  1. Product Attributes: These attributes are predefined and configured by the Marketplace Owner in Omnitron.

  2. Product Stock and Price Information: Here, you'll find columns to specify the product's stock availability and pricing details.

  • Stock (Integer): Amount of stock a Seller holds in the warehouse for that product.

  • Retail Price (number): The price information that Seller uses to understand at which value Seller buys or manufactures the product.

  • Sales Price (number): The price information of the product.

  • Currency (Enum): Seller can change the currency information.

  • VAT (decimal): Tax information that customers are subject to.

  1. Product Image URL: This column allows you to include the URL of the product image. You can duplicate this column to add more images by providing additional URLs for product images.

To add an offer to a product in the Marketplace Catalog, you only need one of the following pieces of information: id, name, base code, or SKU.

In the template, the "Attributes" tab is automatically filled based on the selected category. The Attribute Set value needs to be copied to all rows that will be added.

In the 'Column Explanations' tab, you can find detailed information about specific columns.

  1. Once all mandatory fields and relevant attributes are completed, upload the completed template back into the Upload New Offers field. Then click on the Save button.

  1. Once you've submitted it for approval, the offer will be located on the Pending Offers page.

On this page, sellers have access to and can make modifications to their Pending Offers. Specifically, they are limited to editing only the selected variants of the offer.

Download Attribute Values

  1. Navigate to Bulk Actions > Add Bulk Offer page.

You can also view Bulk Actions page via Products > Marketplace Catalog > Add Bulk Product.

  1. To download attribute values we have to continue from the Download Attributes page.

  1. Select the desired attribute you want to get the values for.

  1. Click on Download Template.

  1. A mail will be sent to your registered email. Click Download on the email and you will be directed to the Seller Center system download page.

  1. Your template will start to get downloaded. If not you can trigger the action again by click here button.

You can access an XLSX file displaying the values and corresponding labels for your chosen attribute. In this file, each value is associated with a label within the system. For instance, with a t-shirt's size attribute, the value might be the specific measurements, while the label is represented as "L" or "Large." This distinction provides a more intuitive experience for customers on the storefront.
