Seller Management page serves as the hub for Marketplace Owners to access and oversee their respective information. Marketplace Owners have the authority to see user types, view and modify Seller information, and create new Sellers with linked users.
From the navigation menu on the left click on Finance > Seller Management. On this page you can view and edit the reconciliation, commission, and digital sales data for all Sellers. Also add new Sellers and establish connections with users for these newly added Sellers.
Click on the +Add New Seller button to create new Sellers and link them with new users.
The "Add New Seller" form will appear, where you can fill in the following fields:
Company Name: The official name of your company.
Company Code: A unique identifier or code assigned to your company.
Authorized E-mail Address: The email address of the authorized person representing the company.
Authorized Name: The first name of the authorized representative.
Authorized Surname: The last name of the authorized representative.
Tax ID Number: A tax ID number is a government-issued identification number for a specific company or seller.
Supplier Segment: The segment or category to which your company belongs.
Status: Indicates whether your company's profile is active or inactive.
Auto Approve?: A yes/no option to determine whether certain actions are automatically approved.
Integration URL: Enables Sellers to publish their own products through integration.
Reconciliation Period: You can select weekly, monthly and yearly options for your reconciliations:
Set Day: Enables MPOs to set the date value for monthly and yearly options.
Reconciliation Sales Rules: You can select to make your reconciliations from sales date or delivery date.
Days: Refers to after which time period operations will count in reconciliations.
Time Zone: You can use this area to manage time zone differences.
Click Save to create a new Seller with a new user.
Click on a listed Seller's name to open the Seller Management Detail form. This form is divided into several sections:

Documents
Permissions
Delivery Settings
Commissions
In the General Information section, you can access fundamental Seller details, including Name, Code, Address, Authorized Phone Number, and Authorized Email Address. You can update and modify the following basic information for all Sellers:
Title: The title or designation of the company's profile.
Company Name: The official name of the company ("Köknar" in this case).
Seller Code: A unique code assigned to the seller (4324 in this example).
Commission: The commission percentage or rate (0 in this instance).
Company Address: The physical address of the company.
Tax ID Number: A tax ID number is a government-issued identification number for a specific company or seller.
Tax Association: The tax association or authority to which the company is registered.
IBAN: The International Bank Account Number for financial transactions.
Authorized Phone Number: The authorized representative's contact phone number.
Authorized Fax Number: The authorized representative's fax number.
Authorized E-mail Address: The email address of the authorized person.
Registered Email Address (KEP): The registered email address in the Central Registration System.
Central Registration System No: The unique registration number in the Central Registration System.
Integration URL: Enables Sellers to publish their own products through integration.
Status: Indicates the profile's current status, whether it's active or inactive.
Auto Approve?: A yes/no option to determine whether certain actions are automatically approved by the Seller.
Holiday Mode: This action will deactivate your active product offers and restrict updates allowing Sellers to deactivate any upcoming order requests to fulfil when it is active.
Stock Release Type: When automatic option is selected your stock for the given product will be decreased by order amount without any approval.
Auto Cancel: When automatic option is selected your cancellation requests will go through without any approval.
Reconciliation Period: You can select weekly, monthly and yearly options for your reconciliations:
Reconciliation Sales Rule: You can select to make your reconciliations from sales date or delivery date.
Time Zone: You can use this area to manage time zone differences.
Commission: Refers to commission amount that will be taken from Sellers transactions.
Maturity: Maturity is the date on which a financial obligation, in this case debt between Seller and Marketplace, must be repaid in full.
Commission Rebate Type: You can either select fixed amount or percentage amount to get commissions from the Seller.
Discount Value: You can set the discount value to manage reconciliations.
After filling out the necessary information, click Save to proceed to the next step.
In the Documents section, you'll discover documents essential for the Marketplace-Seller relationship, and their necessity will be determined through an agreement between the Marketplace Owner (MPO) and the Seller.
Company Form: Related to the company's official form, likely containing essential details about the business's structure, ownership, and registration.
Marketplace Contract: The Marketplace Contract is an agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of your business's participation in the marketplace.
Signature Circular: This document might pertain to a legally binding circular or document that contains important signatures or approvals.
Tax Certificate: A certificate that provides proof of the company's tax compliance or registration.
Activity Certificate: The Activity Certificate is a document verifying the business's operational activities or registration status.
Commercial Registry Gazette: Related to the commercial registration of the company. It may contain information about changes, updates, or official records.
Upload the necessary documents and click Save to proceed to the final step.
The Delivery Settings section allows for the activation and deactivation of delivery configurations on an individual seller basis from the Delivery Settings table and Delivery Setting Detail page.
In the Seller Management section, under Permissions, Marketplace Owners (MPOs) can define the specific categories and products that a Seller is authorized to manage. To do this, navigate to the Permissions page, check the boxes corresponding to the desired categories or subcategories for the Seller, and then click Save. This action will restrict the Seller's access and actions to the selected items.
Consequently from the Products page you can take actions on the product level. Just click on the Product Permissions tab from above and the Product Permissions page will open.
You can filter products by SKU and Product Name when selecting items to restrict for a specific Seller. After selecting the checkboxes next to the desired products, click on Select Action, choose Add Restriction, and then click the Apply button. The selected products will now be restricted for that Seller.
To remove restrictions, go to the Restricted Products table. Select the checkboxes of the products you want to unrestrict, choose Delete Restriction from the Select Action menu, and click Apply to confirm the changes.
From the Commissions page you can see the commission information for the specific Seller. Consequent to opening the page you will see the “Product Based Commissions" page.
Bulk commissions can be added by clicking on Bulk Commission Update. This will open a skeleton interface where the template can be downloaded. After making the necessary changes to commission and maturity values based on Product SKU, import the updated file and click Apply to save the changes.
MPOs can also change the products’ commission value on a product basis from the table given in the page. Just select the desired products from checkboxes and select Add Commission then click on the Apply button.
A modal will be displayed to urge the user to give the commission and maturity values to complete the action.

Click on the Save button to complete the action.
14. In the Special Commission Products table, you have the option to delete or update commissions. To do so, select the relevant products using the checkboxes and then click the Apply button.
If Delete Commission action is selected then commission for the selected products will be deleted. If Update Commission and Term Settings option is selected a modal will be displayed and following information will be required.

Posterior to giving the proper information click on Save to finish the process.
15. You can choose to select commissions based on categories from the Category Based Commission tab. There are two options in this page you can either choose to select categories from the User Interface or you can upload an excel file based on the template.
For the file upload option simply click on the Bulk Commission Update A skeleton will be opened you can download the template and make necessary changes to commissions and maturity based on Category information. When the selected file is imported successfully and clicked Apply your changes will be made.
To add category-based commissions, click the Add button. Enter the Category, Commission, and Maturity details in the provided boxes. Submit the information by clicking the Green Check button or delete it using the Red Blocker button if any commission is given.
16. Lastly MPOs can select modify rebates between Seller and Marketplace. Select the Category Based Rebate tab then click on the Add button.
Give the following information :
Category: Choose the category that rebate will be applied.
Commission Rebate Type: You can either select the fixed amount or percentage amount to get commissions from the Seller.
Discount Value: You can set the discount value to manage reconciliations.
