The Message module within Seller Center is responsible for sending transactional messages. It enables you to customize message content and view details. Message module helps you gather feedback, solve customer problems, and stay on the pulse of customer sentiment.
Within the Product Messages section, users can arrange the view by columns, allowing for sorting based on various criteria such as First Message Creation Date, Last Message Creation Date, Base Code, and more. The product message detail page displays individual inbox messages, accompanying pictures, and provides a field for replies. This page includes:
Displaying different information (such as seller name, customer message, message state, etc.)
Viewing and responding to messages
Sign in to the Seller Center account using your credentials.
Click on the Messages tab and select Product Messages from the main navigation menu.
On this page, you'll find the list of product-related messages. To make these messages visible to other Sellers, follow these steps:
Click on the Select Action button.
Choose Make Selected Messages Public for the selected message(s).
Click Apply to confirm the action.
View or reply to a specific message by selecting the desired message. Details such as Product Information (SKU, Message Date, Pictures, Customer Date, etc), Messages, and Reply fields will be visible.
To respond to a message:
Write your response in the text box provided.
Alternatively, choose a template for a quick reply.
Click the Send button to dispatch your response.
Your response will be displayed under the "Messages" section, allowing you to track and review your interactions.
Within the Order Messages section, users can filter their view by columns, allowing sorting based on different criteria such as Order Date, Status, Customer Name, and more. The order message detail page displays individual messages related to specific orders, along with relevant attachments. This page includes:
Click on the Messages tab and select Order Messages from the main navigation menu.
On this page, you'll find the list of order-related messages. To make these messages visible to other Sellers, follow these steps:
Click on the Select Action button.
Choose Make Selected Messages Public for the selected message(s).
Click Apply to confirm the action.
View or reply to a specific message by selecting the desired message. Details such as Product Information (SKU, Message Date, Pictures, Customer Date, etc), Messages, and Reply fields will be visible.

By using quick responses, you can create shortcuts for messages you frequently send to your customers. Quick responses can include media messages like visuals and videos.
Click on the Messages tab and select Quick Replies from the main navigation menu.
Editing Quick Replies:
On the Quick Replies page, you'll encounter a list of pre-existing quick reply messages.
To modify these messages:
Click on the desired message.
Edit the content within the text input field.
Once done, click on Save to preserve the changes.
Adding New Quick Reply:
Click on Add New Quick Reply.
Upon clicking, a new input field or interface will appear, allowing you to compose a new quick reply message.
Enter the Message:
Type in the content you wish to use as the quick reply message within the provided text input field.
Once done, click on Add to preserve the changes.
