With Akinon's Marketplace Dashboard, users have complete control over data transfers between Omnitron and integrated marketplaces. The Reports screen provides comprehensive insights into product, stock, and price discrepancies, offering detailed information about the reasons behind these variations.
Automated Data Transfers: Marketplace Dashboard seamlessly automates data transfers between Omnitron and Marketplaces at designated intervals. It efficiently transmits orders, products, stocks, prices, and other data between the systems.
Detailed Log Screen: The Reports screen has detailed logs for each data transfer, helping identify potential errors or issues. Users can easily track crucial information, including the success status of data transfers and any encountered errors.
Intelligent Reports: Smart algorithms process log data into insightful reports, providing a clear understanding of Omnitron-Marketplace discrepancies.
Excel Download Option: Users can effortlessly download the reports user create within the Reports screen as Excel files.
The Marketplace Dashboard product does not have a separate URL. To access it, click on the Marketplace opened in the brand on the left menu of Omnitron.
Click on the Monitoring option in the panel.
Then, click on the Reports option in the panel.
When accessing the Reports screen, three main headings appear in the upper area. Users can then select the preferred report type from these options.
After the Flow selection, the Execution ID, Flow, SKU (product number), Product Category, Product Name,Error Message and Log Observation columns will be displayed on the screen.
Clicking on the View icon in the log field of the table opens the Main Log Observation screen. This log displays all the details, including Request URL, Request Body, Response Body, and Process Details.
To access more details in each transaction and view product-based logs, click on the Execution ID at the beginning of each line. The screen that appears is the Log Detail screen.
Without the need to look at all logs on the log detail screen, the log of the relevant product can be accessed and errors can be detected directly.
With access to the Reports screen, users have complete control over Omnitron's data integrations with Marketplaces, facilitating quick and precise data analysis for their business.
